My customers are complaining that they are unable to pay through PayPal as they have always done. They get error message 1002. Also, I am unable to post my new listings to eBay even though when I try to post, I get the confirmation box that says my ads have been posted to eBay. I need advice on how to correct these two very serious problems which basically have disable my eBay business.

I am trying to create listings today and Auctiva is moving very, very slow. Usually itzips right along without a problem. Today it takes minutes between steps. Is there a problem I should know about?

When we first started using Auctiva, each of our listings had a sellathon counter at the bottom to track how many visits each item received. That counter is no longer working on any of our listings. Why? And how do we reinstate it?

I have just ended several auction on ebay and my customers are trying to pay. They are telling me that Auctiva is giving them an error message that will not allow them to access my PayPal account. What the hell is going on? I am not amused. Immediate response please.

I can't enter anything into my item description box. The curser won't work there. Also, I can't save the listing once it is created because the save button (and the post button and the schedule button) are all dead. Why didn't you leave Auctiva alone. It was working fine until yesterday's upgrade. Whoever is responsible for this mixup should be either retrained or fired. It is affecting the incomes of hundreds if not thousands of people.

Why did you not leave well enough alone? You have messed things up so that I am not only offended by the blue on blue format but I am longer able to save listing. Now what? My livelihood depends on this thing functioning. Get together, guys.

Novice checking in again with a question. Does Auctiva automatically notify the buyer of a completed auction that he/she is the winner? If so, what form does that notification take and how can I be sure it has been sent? Thanks for being patient with me while I familiarize myself with this brave new cybernet world.

I have a new iMac with a recently downloaded Firefox browser. I cannot preview my Auctiva listings once they are created. What is my problem? Safari, which is the browser that came with my computer, does not work at all with Auctiva. It was recommended that I use the Firefox browser. Is there a better browser I could use?

Once a master profile has been created and you decide you don't want it, how do you remove it to create a completely new master profile? The tutorial Auctive provided appears to be outdated because its listings page was not the same as the current listings page.
