When using Auctiva's tab delimited bulk upload tool is there a way to add a second and third picture for ebays gallery? I can't seem to find the column heading. I was also wondering if there was a way to auto select a description template, checkout profile and shipping profile? Or does all of this have to be done after the import through bulk edits?

Hi confusing question about Auto-Relist Profiles :(
Alright I joined the site a few days ago. I am out of Europe and I sleep at night but I have a problem with relisting auctions/buy it now/GTC with AUCTIVA as I am new to this. How can I delete folders from Activa
When I go in to upload my pictures in Auctiva it shows about 5 folders under pictures but the folders are empty and I don't know how to delete them. I use hp Photosmart to import my pictures and the folders are not in in my hp Photosmart program. One is listed as 2009-(Dec.) but nothing in them. How do I remove them from my uploader page?

How does the Auctiva store update?
I've noticed on a few occassions that when I manually change a listing on ebay, for instance I change a perfume store listing to a set of dishes, the store window doesn't update? - or if it does, I've noticed that the title will be correct, but the gallery photo that scrolls by is of the perfume and not the dishes....AND I've deleted the perfume photo from Auctiva so I would think that the pix wouldn't be available any longer. ...or is it because I've merely just copied the new template html...

How long after auction end can you import listings?
The subject line says it all really. I just wondered if there was a time limit after which you can't import listings when an auction has ended. I know you can't access them on eBay 90 days after they ended and wondered if that same timescale applies here or whether it is shorter? Cheers and B.F.N.

How to avoid HTML appearing in your description box!
I suppose this is the best place to post this - anybody just getting started will be coming across little niggles and look in here. When I recently uploaded a few listings for the first time from Auctiva I discovered, quite incidentally, that my listings had been corrupted. Underneath each line of normal text there appeared HTML. I use firefox as my browser and despite clearing memory etc I still couldn't see the HTML whereas others could. I then went in by IE and that's when I saw the HTML.

How to change the SD template I'm using
I had auctiva import all of my listings from eBay. All of my images are already on my own computer so I'm not worried about losing them when I leave SD. However, I'll need to replace the html code for the templates and the pictures. Will I have to do all that manually? I am html brain-dead. How do I move a listing over from eBay?

How do I xfer old TL ads to Auctiva?
I read the back logs, but couldn't find what I wanted. I've been using Auctiva for quite a few months, and am happy with it. Hi. Using Auctiva is there a way to edit more than just price and a few other key details before relisting a similar item or can that only be done on ebay? Also, I notice it allows you to create a new listing using the info from a saved listing but the only one to choose from is not the one I want to use. 2 Questions from a newbie
Hello, I am a newbie to Auctiva and have 2 questions. When I tried to import my existing ebay auctions, only the closed auctions were imported. Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong? Active Listing Inventory Question
From my understanding, once an item is active on Ebay, you cannot enter that item as Auctiva inventory. Ebay apparently allows you to add active listings to inventory. After that, would I just import them into Auctiva or is that not possible? If that's not possible, what would be the best way to enter into inventory my several hundred active listings in some fashion outside of ending each listing and starting over by entering them into Auctiva inventory. Adding images to existing NON AUCTIVA ebay listing?
I had several listings that were already put together that just needed to be relisted. I didn't want to do the work of reconstructing them in auctiva and for whatever reason I could not seem to import them into auctiva. So went ahead and relisted them through ebay but now I am finding that I can't add images. It says they will be added, but it's not happening. Will I have to reconstruct the listing in auctiva and replace the whole thing in order to do it? Ugh.

13 items in eBay not listing on my Auctiva store at all
What's going on here? It's been nearly 24 hours since I last put up many of my auctions, and they are still not showing up in my Auctiva Store!!! Nobody knows they exist, unless they use the eBay tools only! How come it takes so long for items to appear? 2 Days now waiting for import update! Happening to other's too?
I listed my idem thurday night late on eBay because this site was updating and not available. Now my listing still has not been imported resulting in it's not be included in my other sales. If my item does not sell - I won't want to relist for free on ebay because the same thing will happen, right? When Auctiva is good, it is very, very good - When bad it is torrid! When I have imported items from closed to reuse they import with the old ebay catagory ie 314 for womens clothes, they will not schedule with editing and manually entering the new catagory ie 15724. could anyone help me here, in LISTINGS, i am opening the CLOSED folder, clicking IMPORT LISTING, opening SAVED FOLDER expecting to find it there, so i can then move it to my coloured folder, but it they do not go into my SAVED FOLDER, am i doing this correct? i thought i was, can anyone give me the correct procedure to save listings into my sub folders. really would appreciate this advice. many thanks jim.

EDITING Problem - Pics and Shipping info LOST
PLEASE HELP!! I have been attempting to place closed auctions over into Store listings. However, when I import Closed auctions to Saved Auctions (to make s/h changes and price changes), I lose the pictures. The thumbnail is shown until I go to edit, then all of the pics disappear.
