Auctiva Template and Seller Details Images Down (3/16/09)
Hi Community, As many of your may have noticed, we are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing many of the Auctiva template and seller details header images not to show up in previews of active listings. Hello all, I've just returned to Auctiva after a few months and noticed the new changes. I saw something about bulk editing and was wondering what it was. Bulk Live Edit Help
Well...I was judicious and filled out my seller details pretty thoroughly way back when. Sadly, with all of eBay's changes, some of it has to be edited. Right now i am looking at having to edit 500+ listings one at a time (again, last time being the check and money order fiasco). The problem is some text in my seller details is being perceived as evil by some random heuristic bot, and due to this, is a problem (Not responsible for lost packages). Bulk or Find/Replace Edit for more sections
Either I havent figured out how to do it yet or it would make a great feature to ad. Bulk or Find/Replace Edit for: -actual item descriptions...maybe like "find" in "notepad" and of coarse the listings would have be match. -seller details -marketing tools...I spend 2 hours going through all my "saved listings" 1 at a time to change this. -basicly for all profiles.

Hi, I am fairly new, I have listed several things through Auctiva. I was using Seller Sourcebook. I have about 20 some items on ebay, but when you look at the scrolling feature, it says no other items available. I have it turned on in my account preferences. What do I do? HELP with Authorize.net and Auctiva checkout
Last night I enabled Auctiva Checkout and input my Authorize.net info. I then went to all my eBay listings and revised them to include payment by Visa/MC/Amex/Disc cards. Help with Custom Template
I am trying to use my custom template and keep getting the following message when I try to save it. You must use one, and only one, description tag in your template. Okay, I know I've done this before, but for some reason, I'm unable to find this today. How do I attach a link to say, my feedback, to a listing. Here is a good one for ya Ebay Motors
Ok just spent hours setting this up. Now I know to select Ebay motors from the pull down menu. On the main "Listings" page why can I not select a Master Profile for a profile that I created for Ebay Motors?? I can if I load it from a new listing but that is an extra step and we all are using this to save time and money right? Now for another one: If it do it the long way and load my custom templet, It does not show the Seller Details that I created. Id does however work on the regular ebay.

Having problems with listing items.. keeps on saying error
Here is the message it gives me when I try to list my items "The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be in violation of eBay policy. Does anyone know what tis means.. HEADS UP AUCTIVA! New Ebay Listing Page
I just saw the new listing page that eBay is testing in beta format. If they decide to go with it, sellers are in for a big shock! The top half of the listing first shows other items from the seller. Then it shows similar items available FROM OTHER SELLERS. Finally, you scroll down to actually see the listing. The format is totally different than how we set up our listings now. Heads up on ebaY's new picture catalog.
In your preferences ebaY has added an auto opt in for using your picture in a catalog. The pic will come with creds to seller. ebaY thinks it's a service, I'm not liking it so much and have opted out. You must opt out soon if you want to miss the catalog.

HELP! Confused! Can I pay with my Visa card if I DON'T have a PP account???
I just purchased an item from a seller who listed Paypal as their only payment option, and it also had credit card logos included. I did email him and he said he would take a money order as payment (since I don't have, nor do I want, Paypal). Anyway, when I completed the Buy It Now, a payment screen came up so I followed links, intending to just send him my shipping address info, etc. But then the payment screens looked/read as though I could pay with my Visa card WITHOUT having Paypal.

Help filing an Insurance Fraud through Auctiva
I purchased insurance for an item on eBay from a seller. I rece'vd the insurance claim form from Auctiva. The insurance check was cashed by the seller according to UPic on 02/04/09. How do I correct a seller detail profile created?
When I preview my auction creation it shows My description tag at the very bottom below contact us with no information below it. The information is above the payment tag. I believe something I did when creating the seller detail profile caused this problem. How do you identify your items? No SKUs?
Hi folks, I can't identify my items. I don't want to have a seller I.D. number in my title (I need the space) and I don't want to incorporate it within my listings; I'd need to open each listing once the item sold and it would be too time consuming. The seller profile is made to be used with templates. I made one up, saved it and now I cannot find it. I need to add some information to it before I use it on my auctions. How do I save different colored fonts in my Seller Details into my Masters?
I know how to make a master. I know how to change font color. I can't figure out how to get the right color font into my newly created masters. I have 4 master with all the details saved, but I need help to put the Seller Details (Payment, Shipping, About Me, Contact, Terms of Sale) into my Masters once I've changed the font color.
