Good Morning All! I am missing a catagory for my ebay store in auctiva choices. It is there when I list from ebay [only cause auctiva was having picture trouble How do I get that missing catagory to show up so I don't have to revise the item from ebay to get it where I want it to be listed? I looked it up and found information on categories. However, I would like to know, in auctiva specifically can (my) store categories be downloaded. Not using Mr.poster or ebud.All my store items are going to other, when I have specific categories for them on ebay. Again, I know this question was asked before, but it pointed us to Mr. Poster. catagories HELP
I have been using Auctiva for years and have NEVER had this problem! When creating a listing, I cannot choose a catagory. When I click the browse button, the first set of pull downs come up, but no sub-catagories appear! I have been having to choose a previously used catagory, then change it, to get all the pull downs to appear. Has anyone else had this problem? Auctiva says it is my computer, but I have tried this on 3 different computers and they all act the same!

Catagories in which to list.
Been using Auctiva for a month, and love it. My one problem is finding the right catagory for a listing. Browse and search do not throw up the right options for many items. Am I doing something wrong? Any help much appreciated.

Hi All! I'm looking for a rationale I suppose. I have many MANY categories in my eBay store. It seems as if Auctiva has kept perhaps the first 20. Categories not showing up, I dont have E-bay store
A lot of people asked about the categories not showing up in their store. It was mentioned to go to settings and update E-Bay categories or w/e, but I do not have an E-Bay store. I only have Auctiva, and E-bay auctions. So how can I get the new auctions to show up? Best Black Friday Deals Around!

Categorizing items in the store?
A few days ago opened a store on ebay. Created store categories, but everything I placed into the store got listed as "Other" and did not go to any categories I created. I do not see anywhere in Auctiva profiles where I could choose which category Items should by listed under in my store. (Example: DVD Comedy, DVD Action / Adventure, Girls 2T-3T, etc.). category changes on eBay
The non-profit I do volunteer work for has a real problem due to the recent category changes. There were items in the Auctiva Closed items folder that had ended unsold. They wanted me to relist these items for them, scheduled for a later time/date. I did so and found out days later that they almost all were bounced back due to the fact that the categorey numbers were invalid. I can't even find a list on eBay for the new category numbers. CATEGORY ERROR from AUCTIVA
Folks, I'm trying to schedule an auction for 3 wedgwood plates on ebay. Two auctions were scheduled with no problem but now when I try to post a 3rd Wedgwood auction I'm getting a message fro Auctiva that my first category is INVALID. The possible reason, Auctiva says, is because ebay has "deprecated" the category. Hah? Is this some crazy error thru Auctiva or has ebay changed something in its Wedgwood category? I have been trying to create a listing for a baseball card. MLBB - 1950-1959 - Single - PSA graded (category 55917). Gives me an error of not acceptible for eBay ... but this is the category and category number that AUCTIVA wants to give me AND the category and category number that I have been using for over two months. Trying to list a deck of playing cards in the Collectibles/Fantasy, Mythology/Fairies/Other (even tried sub-category of "cards" and I get red text on the Auctiva Create a new item page: Category in your Listing is invalid. Category problems in Listings.?
Anyone else getting a message saying that their categories are invalid when listing with auctiva? I was going down a long list of auctions I had to do and suddenly no new ones would post because the Category is Invalid. Then it shows even on my scheduled listings. I assume they won't go up now? Any news on this moderators?

CAUTION - 'Upgrading' to new editor reduces functionality
I just changed to the new editor - and you can't go back again. Once I made the change, copying and pasting from Word, - even using the 'post from word' button - stripped all formatting from the Word text. Heard back from support that this is supposed to happen. This is a real reduction in functionally - I am very disappointed that there is no warning on the site. We pay for these features, I feel Auctiva should consider their customers, before effectively tricking them into irrevocable changes

Certain ebay sales not showing in Auctiva no answers from tech support

I would like to take all of my current running auctions and edit/add some items. I would like to add a block of HTML including a link and a graphic to all of my running auctions. Change font color--pmt/shpping/TOS?
Hi, I use a different Auctiva template for nearly all my listings, but the Payment, shipping and TOS don't automatically change with the template. They are set at a dark green (I may have done this myself, but now I don't know how to change it) and I would prefer they change like the text does. How do I set this? I've been everywhere but the right place apparently, because I can't find a place to change it. Thanks.

This morning I was working on another site leaving feedbacks when I noticed this message: The website is being updated now. Changed ebay accounts but store didnt update when listed?
When I started Auctiva, I had one ebay account. Closed it because I was done selling. Now I am back but created a new ebay account as we are doing things a bit different. I forgot to change my store info and had 4 items launch with the old store name in there. Do not want any associations there. So I revised those, got rid of the window and ended. Launched a new ad after I editted my store. BUT when I look at the scrolling store, it has my old store name. What am I doing wrong?? Steph

Changed then relist
If a make a change to an unsold listing in Auctiva (such as pricing), will the changed listing go to eBay when I relist it through Auctiva, or will it go as it originally was? The reason I'm asking is that when I look at the listing on the Closed auctions page, all I see when I click on the link is the original listing on eBay - I dont' see my changed listing. This is an old problem of mine. I follow all of the steps but when I click get HTML no box pops up (I allow pop ups from Auctiva)the only thing that happens is the page refreshes. If an Auctiva listing posted to Ebay is not showing the correct information, how can it be changed? (ie., see earlier post re BIN price not showing up on preview). Also, can BIN price be changed on a Auctiva listing just as it can on an EBay listing? Can't update eBay store categories
I changed the name of one of my eBay store categories. When I went to my Auctiva Account Settings to update the eBay store categories, that option was greyed out. I've tried deleting the store category and then adding it again; I've tried getting a new eBay token; I've tried looging out of Auctiva and logging back in. The link is still greyed out. Any suggestions? (Need to get some client listings up tonight...) Thanks in advance
