A couple of questions about listing preview
Hi there, I have 3 questions pertaining to the listing preview. When I go into preview mode it is missing the location of the item being auctioned. I have put the zip code in and told the editor to put in the info based on the zip that I entered. Next I have put the font color as red for the original price of the item. In preview mode The price is there. It is italicized like I wanted but is not red like I wanted. This only happens in preview mode because in edit mode...it is red. And now...

Hi everybody! First of all I just want to say I love this site and the people on here are great. Now, I've been getting everything ready to post my first listings through Auctiva and I just wanted to double check a few things. I want to "require" all of my buyers to purchase Auctiva insurance with out actually having Auctiva calculate the charges. Add closing price to closed auctions index view
When searching the closed auctions for an item that may have posted more than once, it would be helpful to be able to view the closing price on the index page. Suggestion: If possible, add a colume with closed auction price to this page.

Adding 'Accept Offer From Buyers'
I use the advanced edit to change listings back and forth between auction and fixed price, usually around the free listing periods. I can edit pretty much everything I need to, but the one thing I can't find is the ability to add the Best Offer feature through the bulk edit. Is there a place to do this, so that I don't have to either add it manually to each listing or add it on eBay once the item lists?

Any way to tell my total listing fees, after several relists?
I've got Auctiva set up to relist automatically any item that ends without a buyer, and to reduce my startig price by 15%. So, when my item finally sells, is there any way to tell or find out what my total insertion fees came to? Let's say an item was relisted 5 times, with the starting price reduced 15% each time, and then it sells. Is there any report I can run, that will tell me that this item incurred $x.xx in insertion fees when it finally sold?

Anyone having problems with best offer?
I had this problem a few months ago and it fixed itself. anyways starting TODAY when I grab one of my FIXED price listings, the option for best offer has vanished. I tried 2 different fixed price listings and I cant get the best offer option to come up what is going on? I hate putting tickets in because the answers I get back never have anything to do with the actual problem. I belong to this message board below and this was just posted. I don't know if any of ya'll use this site..it's a wealth of information. http://www.webmasterworld.com/forum10/12153.htm Gosh, I'm glad my Internet Service Provider doesn't have this reputation. Why would anyone who has a great broadband/dsl/cable service opt to use AOL for free along with their own service? 1 Cent Listings-I'm I Thinking Clearly?
Hi Everyone! Am I missing something or perhaps not thinking clearly? As a new seller, of personal items vs. wholesale>retail for profit, I'm already losing money on sales. 10,000 pictures to delete..help please.
I tried using the delition wizard thing but no use came of that. I have 1.2 GB of pictures I need to delete so I can get this 9$ plan. As it only goes upto 1GB for that price. I really don't have the time to go through manage pictures and delete 100 at a time. Can anyone help? P.s Not happy now Auctiva are charging, what a joke...alot of custom will be lost im sure. FOLDERS need Cabinets and subfolders and other ideas
Hi: I have a few suggestions now that I have been using AUCTIVA for a couple of months. I really like a lot of the way the site works but here are some ideas: 1. Listing and Photo Folders need sub-folders and perhaps drawers & cabinets to hold these in. For example...if you sell shoes you may have different styles those could go in a folder. Foreign money order
I was just wondering if anyone accepts foreign money orders. Generally, my rule is PayPal only for international. But I received an email from a potential buyer from Hong Kong. Generally, I would reply with PayPal only for international, as stated in all my listings. However, the item in question may sit in my store for a lengthy time. Fraud on ebay
Ok, If you want to end fraud on ebay, you have to take away the ability to profit from it. Here's an idea...why not require sellers to keep a deposit with ebay? I would at least require it for high dollar listings on sellers with little or no feedback. For established sellers, it could be a % of their average monthly sales (price + S&H). Free 5 page website with domain
I just bought 3 more domain names through godaddy.com for a total price of 21.60 for all 3. I had a coupon code. The code is gdh072460. Because I bought 3 domain names, they threw in private registration free for each site. You have to click for it on the 3 domain name checkout and then it comes up free. Free Shipping vs Shipping charges
Does free shipping make any difference for you? My markup is too low for me to give free shipping without adding it in to the cost of the listed price. My concern is that if I offer free shipping and mark my price up to compensate, would I be making myself appear more expensive in my listings? Has anyone tried one way vs the other? FVF to include Shipping and Handling.
I want an alternative to shipping calculation on ebay where my final value fee will be exploded to include money received from the buyer that is NOT PART OF THE ITEM PURCHASE PRICE. Estimated fees calculating wrong
Is anyone else seeing a problem with the fee estimates? I am seeing a mysterious 40 cent increase in the total fees when I add a reserve price to a listing. fees jumped!! Help need advice fast
Hey, I read the post about the fees showing up as .55 well I had a listing in store inventory say it was gonna cost me $2.00. I started over to make sure I didn't select anything different than usual, and same thing, if I lower the price of the item I am listing from 39.94 to 2.00 just to see it goes to .55 cents. Fixed Price Listing 30 days - Can't find on Auctiva Listing Page!!
Per Ebay's new fixed pricing effective September 16, we can now list anything for 35 cents for 30 days if it is in Fixed Price "Buy It Now" listing format. I'm trying to get some ads ready but the Auctiva one-page lister does not have 30 days to select on "duration." Am I missing something or will this capability be available before the 16th?

I have 5+ feedbacks and accept Paypal as a payment option. I meet eBay's requirement to do a fixed price listing, however, Auctiva doesn't allow me to list it as a fixed price listing. It tells me I have not met the requirements even though I have. What do I do? How does Auctiva know how many feedbacks I have anyway when I don't see it anywhere on Auctiva's page. Getting Error Messages For Fixed Priced Listings
Hi, I just wrote up 5 Fixed Priced Listings that each had 20 lots. Meaning the listing is for 1 item but I have 20 of them to sell. I got a message that the first 100 items listed in auction format at any starting price are free. Unfortunately, I got that message on my second ID which is not the one I use for Auctiva. Ecrater shipping hard to understand.
Well, Ecrater does have a few hard to understand areas. No quantity is a bummer. We sell items of varying weights and selecting one price for the US by weight is a little difficult unless I'm totally misunderstanding the shipping matrix page.
