Error Message trying to create sellathon account
I've tried and tried on several different computers. When I try to create a sellathon account to enable a hit counter I get the following error message: ERROR Sellathon account creation failed! INVALID TOKEN / IP ADDRESS COMBINATION What do I do to enable a hit counter?

Ended Items For Re-list Not Showing On Auctiva
It's been almost 24 hours and none of my ended items (over 300) are showing up to be re-listed via Auctiva. Anybody else? Also Kick It Back counter has a mind of it's own. No matter how many times you turn it off. It just keeps coming back. Not cool.

Discrepancy between Auctiva and eBay view counters?
I'm using Auctiva's sellathon counter in my listings. Recently, I've noticed that there's a large discrepancy between the the item views counter that eBay uses (which is present on your My Ebay page even if not using eBay's counter in the listing) For instance, I had an item I ran featured first, that eBay claimed had 700+ views when I looked at in in active listings from My eBay. The Sellathon counter, however, showed a bit over 500 views. OTOH, I have a listing where eBay reports 3 views,...

eBay Counter verses Sellathon Counter
I would prefer to have the standard eBay counter on my listings, but the only choice appears to be Sellathon or nothing when using Auctiva.com listings. If I want the regular eBay counter on my listings, I have to go in and REVISE my listing on the eBay side. Is there another way of doing this? If you select NO Sellathon counter, does the eBay one automatically activate???

I listed all of my listings with the auctiva counter on each of them..For the first 4 days I could see all the people who had viewed my listings, but today, they are nowhere to be found on any of my listings. why can't i find a phone # listed anywhere? is Auctiva's customer service THAT BAD? i had a few problems getting my Auctiva created ebay listings to actually show a counter. I had to revise EVERY single item because the counter never showed up when using A to list my items. I sent FIVE notes to c/s, NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! Is this a foreshadow of A's c/s?

This is the most ridiculous thing on the face of the planet. Can anyone tell me why I have that stupid logo and third party affiliate on MY auction page when I checked NO COUNTER?? I am going to revoke my Sellathon authorization. I received no reply to an email support ticket. I do not understand how or why it's any better. It won't even track my auctions!

hello i cant find 3 thing in the listing page of auctiva 1. visabilaty - i usally post in the u.k with visabilty in us and canada, and i dont see an option in listing page in auctiva 2. new, used, and other detail where is the new and new in box or used choises in the listing page and where is the other detail like for example if i list a jeans usally in the ebay page they have sizes brand and all other detail and in auctive there isnt any 3 what about the counter you suplly your own counter...

Like an old married couple...
Now, Auctiva and I have been together a long (ish) time. But, like an old married couple, this half is getting a bit weary... 1. Why, oh why does everything take so LONG? Every time I press a button, it takes ages to process stuff. 2. Why doesn't my counter work? I have to go into ebay afterwards to add it on. 3. NO STORE WINDOW UNDER MY LISTINGS!
Hi~ Can anyone help me. I'm new to this site and have no idea what I'm soing, apparently! My Store Window was scrolling merrily along under my eBay listings, until I noticed yesterday that they had disappeared completely. Only my counter is evident now. Hi I posted a 1948 Willys Jeep yesterday. All of my other auctions are showing the amount of hits they are getting. this one does not. Well, my month is almost up over at SellAthon and I have to decide what I am going to do for a counter... Sure I could use their free counter, but I won't be able to see the stats anymore. My counters have suddenly disappeared
Dear all, Ive been trying to find out why my counters have disappeared from all my listings but to no avail. Anyway, I remember setting a menu in auctiva that makes my listing have a visible sellathon counter at the bottom. I cant find that menu now. Hey people. Just wanted to say after shopping around and trying a couple of other services besides the counter issue yall are the best. Thanks. I remenber listing an item for example $ 24.99 and then a buyer could make a counter offer for a lower price an you could except the offer or decline it. New Sellathon tracking code.
Just wondering how often Auctiva updates the Sellathon tracking code that is added to Auctiva listings when the Sellathon counter is added? I know from reading their forums that Sellathon has had to recently upgrade this code to handle eBay's new page layout. There most recent script is version v.20060308a. The script that was entered into my last Auctiva auction was version v.20050714a. Without the new script, Sellathon doesn't provide all of its features, because some of the tracking data...

Still don't have all my auctions
I wrote on the 22nd tht not all of my auctions imported and Jack S. said it would be updated. I thought it was, but when I last checked my auctions again, I noticed that it the counter showed 31 (correct) but there were only about 23 listed and no second page. Can you update my auctions for me?

Slow image upload & redirect message
Is anyone else experiencing very slow image uploading? The other evening it took nearly two hours to upload 28 pictures and the same is happening tonight. It's very frustrating watching the sent kilobytes counter freeze for sometimes over a minute and then slow crawl until it freezes again. Also during image uploads I'm getting a message "The server attempted to redirect you, but server redirects are not supported", what's going on there? Anybody else had that.

Well I hope you really want feedback as to how to improve the site! So far I've found the listing process fairly strong but it could get even better so I thought I'd share some of my feedback. [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] Function - WHERE DID IT GO?
Have been using Auctiva for a few weeks now - works brilliantly. As at 9pm GMT last night the [SHIP_PAY_DETAILS] function in templates does not work. Basically you put that wording in your desciption and your standard text/pictures appears in your listing wherever it is inserted. I'm SOOO Confused. Okay I did one listing and on the bottom of the detail section was a place to put in shipping/payment info. However I went to do another listing and it isn't there? While redoing my store categories this weekend, I thought I saw somewhere that I could import the eBay categories instead of using my own categories. Was I dreaming? If not, where do I find that. 2) are all the templates limited to 10 search categories? 3) is it possible to create a counter to determine how many visitors click through to my store or to an item to determine how valuable the gallery and my store is to my sales (number of views/ visits)?

Observations from being just back
Just posted 7 listings and its been about 6 months since I used Auctiva. 1. In writing up my item descriptions, frequently the font size will suddenly go to the default size. 2. The error checker seems to work good. 3. Reordering pictures in an 'already posted' listing is a joke. Ive got 3 sets of pics in my listing. 4. An even huger joke is the counter setup. odd counter problem?
I am using the Auctiva counters and when I look at my individual auctions on ebay they all seem to be working just fine. However, when I look at my active listings info page on Auctiva it is not showing any hits on most of the items (doesn't matter if they have bids or not)and on the ones showing hits the figure is way off. What's up with that?

Only a few images show up on the Auctiva showcase and not all my listing images

New Condition
Hi all I'm new and so far have found Auctiva really easy to use and very convenient, however there are a few little things that I can't seem to work out. Firstly is there anyway I can specify that my stuff is new so when people search for condition=new in ebay mine come up in the results? New eBay Policy has Auctiva Competitor Closing Down

Hi Each time I have listed goods I then have to go into Ebay and revise my goods so as to put the counter in and also put in more info requested by Ebay at the beginning of the listing. i.e. Clothes description, Brand New or used etc. Is this how it shuld be done or am I missing a quicker way as I have found out a few things on here today and think now I cannot find anything regarding my queries so its probably me.
