Images missing from one image folder and from associated listings
Hi Folks Now it's my turn to loose images. My store window and the other image problems of the last few weeks seem to have been sorted. EXCEPT now all the images have gone from one of my image folders *Marvel Comics* there were 7 or 8 pics in there. Inventory with Unpaid Item...Help
Hello all, i have a quick question. I know inventory removes an item once it is listed and puts it back if it doesn't sell, however what happens if the item sold and is not paid for and you go through the NPB process? Does the item go back into inventory? Or do I manually put it back? Oh and one mor thing, just starting today...when I print my package slip the font is a lot smaller...anyone else have this problem? Invoices and Shipping Costs
Is there a way on Auctiva to set up shipping costs on the invoice to be full price for first auction and a set amount for other auctions won by the same buyer? Like 4.00 for first and 2.00 for each additional? I can't find it and I believe you can make this type of selection if you sell directly through Ebay. Thanks for the help!

Is anyone else having a NO sales week?
I've been selling on eBay F/T, for a LIVING for 13 years now. I have an eBay store with all KINDS of things...antiques, collectibles, toys, name it. 20 categories and I don't know how many sub-categories. I usually sell anywhere between $250 (on a terrible week) to $700/wk. Well, I've SOLD $40 in the past 7 days. (then you can minus my fees too - I'm SURE I'm in the red red red red this week!) This has only been since Auctiva's great "outage". I'm wondering if eBay's computers are glitching...

Is anyone else noticing auto-reposts, when there shouldn't be?
Starting yesterday, I noticed that Auctiva is auto reposting items, after they are sold. I have an item, with quantity 1. If I don't sell it, then I want Auctiva to repost it, and lower the starting price by 10%. Well, someone grabbed it at the Buy It Now price. Auctiva auto-reposted it ANYWAY !! This started yesterday, and I'm seeing it again today.

Is it ok to Beg people to buy an item, just for FeedBack???
I need feedback, I want more feedback, and Im not getting it. So I put some Ebooks in My Store, at $0.02-0.10, made 6 sells, got 4 feedback, but this is not enough for what I want to sell. So right now I feel that my store is going to be a big flop, and I almost want to beg people to buy these eBooks and leave feedback. So is it ok to Beg for a feedback response???

Hiya, Amongst other things I sell crystal pieces of various styles and designs. Some of the designs come in several different styles and I would like to be able to add images to my listings of the different styles available. For example, I have several different cat designs that come as a keyring, and a tall or medium block. Is it possible to delete/change a variation, after 1 has sold?
Can someone confirm this for me? If I have 3 variations, Red, Green, Blue, and I sell out of Green, can I remove the Green variation? Or change it from reading "Green" to "Yellow". I only want 3 variations, in this example, so I don't want to add yellow as a 4th. Is it possible to have relistings occur automatically?
I've got several hundred (and growing) books I'm wanting to sell on eBay, and the Auctiva system looks like it will be much more user-friendly and time-saving than listing directly with eBay. However, I noticed that even for "Buy It Now" items, they only remain listed for 10 days. Can items be automatically relisted? If not, how hard is it to relist them? I have a couple different selling accounts on eBay that I use for other people to sell their item for them (I take the photos and do the research and list them and they monitor them and answer the questions etc..). Is it worth having a shop? Anyone got rid of theirs?
I have a basic eBay shop that costs me £6 a month, but as you all know, in order to sell anything in it I have to pay the higher fee for listing items outside of the shop to draw in customers. Anything I do sell directly from the shop costs me more in Final Value Fees. I seem to be the MAGnet for crazy buyers

I sent someone to NARU-land...
Standard stuff... Buyer never paid, never responded. After 8 days, I sent to UPI... And buyer never responded. So today I was able to close the dispute and get a credit. However, it was obviously not offense #1 for the buyer, since they ended up NARU. Ideas for selling a Marvin the Martian collection
Very unfortunately, my cousin passed away at 35 and she had a large collection of Marvin the Martian items. It includes watches, mugs, figures, Christmas ornaments, and all sorts of other things. how to set up recurring listings
How do I set up recurring scheduled listings? For example, say I have 10 pairs of socks I want to sell. I want 1 pair listed per day for 10 days. The only way I know how to do this is to manually schedule each and everyone one of them. Is there a faster way to do this?

How to Track sales & non-sales?
I list the same 2000+ different items every week on ebay, each on a 7 day auction. All 2000+ items are different but they are all relisted back on ebay every 7 days. When an item finishes the auction it is automatically relisted back on ebay for another 7 day auction via Auctiva. This happens whether the item sold or didn't sell. Auctiva or Ebay Which SOLD the item??????
I tried to post this once before but it didn't take ---I think, so if it did, plese forgive me my error When I sell something and get the notice from ebay and payment has been made via PayPal, how do I know when a purchase was generated though the Auctiva Store as opposed to the eBay store? I have looked but cannot find an answer to this. I have had a Auctiva Store now for over a year but not once have I seen anything that tells me a customer bought the item out of Auctiva or my ebay store.

On the comparison chart labeled "Auctiva Shipping Insurance vs. USPS Insurance" the first column is titled "Insurance Coverage (Auction's Closing Price)" This is not accurate. It is in fact (Auction's Closing Price + the S&H charged) This is a FALSE comparison between USPS and Auctiva as USPS does not charge to insure the shipping cost. In other words... Hello, I'm new to Auctiva, I noticed that all my listings have the auctiva showcase on the bottom of my listings.. I just listed another item to sell on ebay in my store, and that listing does not have the scrolling showcase on my listing? Why is that? Do I have to enable anything to do that? Does anybody pay any attention to the Auctiva home page when you log in? I know I sure don't. Let's take a look at it: It's the same old boring sales-pitch-type stuff that's been there for years. Why try to sell Auctiva to us, when we're already using it? Why not give the users something a little more informative for their home page. After I cancelled the trial I was no longer able to see any of Auctivas pictures in any listing I would pull up on Ebay.
