iPad iPhone not showing gallery
In checking my own listings my scrolling gallery appears OK when viewed on a PC. It does not appear when checking using iphone iPad ebay app. I have also checked via safari on iPhone iPad and again no gallery. I use the copy and paste HTML code for the gallery as my ebay account is new so does not yet allow auctiva functionality. Could others confirm this is the same for them? Is there a way to get this to work? Thank you for your time.

iPhone 5 Auctiva App
I just bought the new iPhone 5 the other day & I thought it was going to be a cinch to list my stuff on the go. WRONG! It's missing all the required key features such as "condition", and I keep getting the API error and nothing gets posted to ebay. Once I choose upload or post to ebay, I have to go to my computer, edit the error & listing all over again which defeats the purchase of this useless app! The only good thing is that it saves my pictures, and that's just about it! Help!!

I just found the iphone app and it seems ok. I was hoping that the main profile template could be used in creating a listing. I'm trying to get all my listings to have the same template but it is easier and quicker using my iphone than on the computer.

IPhone App Upload Failure

Auctiva Mobile App Stopped Working
The Auctiva app available on Google Play I am trying to install it on my Note 8 which is currently on Android 8.0. The problem is that when i am opening the app it only loads a white blank screen on the startup and crashes itself automatically after few seconds. Any idea how to fix it? Auctiva Mobile App Stopped Working

AUCTIVA slooooowwwwwwww us down.......
Has anyone noticed opening a Saved Listing (HTML laden Item Descriptiom with embedded photo)will take more than a minute to load? It has that terrible sluggishness and unresponsiveness that you would think your computer hanged. The worst part is, editing a word in the Item Description will take us more than 2 minutes to accomplish. Changing a word in more than two minutes, there goes any savings you had using this app.

The Auctiva app on my iPhone stopped working. I deleted it and attempted to re download it, however I now find it is not available from the Australian App store. I would like to take advantage of the 12 free gallery images on bay. Can someone tell me how to do this through Auctiva? And is it possible to do with external hosted images? We use Photobucket because we both have the app on our phones that immediately dumps the images right into our Photobucket albums.

Well, my month is almost up over at SellAthon and I have to decide what I am going to do for a counter... Sure I could use their free counter, but I won't be able to see the stats anymore. I am not happy with this web app today. It has taken me hours to create 5 listings. This is totally unacceptable. I can't log a support call either. On going Template issues
What is going on with the search features for the templates. This has been going on since JANUARY and is something that needs to be fixed. 6 months and still nothing is being done or addressed. WHY is this continuing to be ignored?????? WHY do we have to keep asking to get this address and fixed??? This is a HUGE unnecessary waste of time to have to search through unrelated templates that should not be coming up when we are searching for specific keywords or categories.

EBay did make an announcement within the last couple months indicating they would be making some changes to their mobile app and/or website that will cause images embedded in listing descriptions not to show up on mobile devices and it sounds like the eBay representative you spoke to may have been attempting to make you aware of that. Hi Brucer, Thanks for contributing to our forum. Although we have created a mobile app for Apple mobile devices, which is available in the App Store under the name "Auctiva", we do not current offer a similar app for Android and do not have any imminent plans to create one. However, we have certainly heard from other customers who would like us to create an Android though, and I will let our Product Management team know that you would like us to build one as well. We appreciate the feedback.

Hi AshleighB - Unfortunately, we no longer offer the Auctiva app, and the existing version is no longer supported, so unless you have it on the cloud from a previous installation and can use that to install to a new device, there is no way to install the app at this time. However, I have taken your comments in the form of a feature request for an updated version of the app and passed this along to our product management team for their consideration. I was having issues with the app, so as a last resort I uninstalled it and then went to the app store to reinstall it, and now i find out it is no longer available! This is rediculous! Why is Auctive regressing instead of progressing? I relied on that app to make listing easier for me. I can't believe there aren't more angry posts regarding Auctiva just deciding to pul the app. Are there no plans to reinstate it at all??? Come on people!

At this time, we do not have a mobile app available for Auctiva and are not currently offering support for the previous version of the app. However, I have taken your comments in the form of a feature request for an updated version of the app and passed this along to our product management team for their consideration. Hi Catisfaction - We have recently enabled the Optional eBay Gallery Images in Auctiva accounts by default. However, you can deselect the checkbox for it prior to posting your listings if you do not wish to have this enabled. We made this change for a number of reasons and it should not adversely affect your account or listings. Please keep in mind that using the Optional eBay Gallery Images is free, there is no additional charge from either us or eBay. (Note that the Gallery Plus feature...

Question about Listing with the Iphone App
Does anyone use this? I tried it today for the first time. Is there any way to save a master profile? It's seems pointless to use it if you can't save your profiles. Why would you want to have to reenter all of that after you export it to Auctiva? Any suggestions?
