Category # not recognized?
I'm trying to list a motorcycle trailer for sale. I went to ebay and got the category #. Auctiva says it's an invalid #. OK, so I tried a differnt #...same thing. I'm trying to list in ebay motors, if that makes any difference.

Category problems in Listings.?
Anyone else getting a message saying that their categories are invalid when listing with auctiva? I was going down a long list of auctions I had to do and suddenly no new ones would post because the Category is Invalid. Then it shows even on my scheduled listings. I assume they won't go up now? Any news on this moderators?

Has any one had any trouble using the category search recently? Seems since Sunday, when i search for the category thru Auctiva, it tells me the feature is unavaliable? Any thoughts? Thanks

CAUTION - 'Upgrading' to new editor reduces functionality
I just changed to the new editor - and you can't go back again. Once I made the change, copying and pasting from Word, - even using the 'post from word' button - stripped all formatting from the Word text. Heard back from support that this is supposed to happen. This is a real reduction in functionally - I am very disappointed that there is no warning on the site. We pay for these features, I feel Auctiva should consider their customers, before effectively tricking them into irrevocable changes

Hi I'm a new to Auctiva so this is probable a basic question! When I add an image that is hosted on Auctiva I can align it left and right but not center. Why is that and can I center it without messing with the HTML?

Certain ebay sales not showing in Auctiva no answers from tech support
I have a main Auctiva account and several sub accounts that are connected to my various ebay accounts - one of the big reasons I use auctiva is to have access to insurance that I do not have access to anywhere else. Change/edit multiple active listings at one time.
I would like to take all of my current running auctions and edit/add some items. I would like to add a block of HTML including a link and a graphic to all of my running auctions. Is this possible with auctiva and if so how? if not could anyone steer me in the direction of a piece of software or another service that does this for me?

Change font color--pmt/shpping/TOS?
Hi, I use a different Auctiva template for nearly all my listings, but the Payment, shipping and TOS don't automatically change with the template. They are set at a dark green (I may have done this myself, but now I don't know how to change it) and I would prefer they change like the text does. How do I set this? I've been everywhere but the right place apparently, because I can't find a place to change it. Thanks.

This morning I was working on another site leaving feedbacks when I noticed this message: The website is being updated now. If you have any technical difficulty, please contact our Support team at info@xxxxxxx.com. Hello - my first time on the boards so be gentle!! I've only just discovered Auctiva. I've just (yesterday) changed my user id on e-bay but it doesn't seem to be recognised by Auctiva - ie I can't log in using old or new user ID (made a new one just to post this mssg) Anyone out there with any suggestions?

Hello, I did already use Auctiva for listings on the Ebay USA website, but I want to make some listings now for the UK Ebay. Changed ebay accounts but store didnt update when listed?
When I started Auctiva, I had one ebay account. Closed it because I was done selling. Now I am back but created a new ebay account as we are doing things a bit different. I forgot to change my store info and had 4 items launch with the old store name in there. Do not want any associations there. So I revised those, got rid of the window and ended. Launched a new ad after I editted my store. BUT when I look at the scrolling store, it has my old store name. What am I doing wrong?? Steph

Changed then relist
If a make a change to an unsold listing in Auctiva (such as pricing), will the changed listing go to eBay when I relist it through Auctiva, or will it go as it originally was? The reason I'm asking is that when I look at the listing on the Closed auctions page, all I see when I click on the link is the original listing on eBay - I dont' see my changed listing. This is an old problem of mine. I follow all of the steps but when I click get HTML no box pops up (I allow pop ups from Auctiva)the only thing that happens is the page refreshes. Hi, I would like to continue using auctiva, but in the last couple if auctions I ran I couldn't figure out how to make changes after the auctions had launched. Changes to listings
If an Auctiva listing posted to Ebay is not showing the correct information, how can it be changed? (ie., see earlier post re BIN price not showing up on preview). Also, can BIN price be changed on a Auctiva listing just as it can on an EBay listing? Please help - I'm new to Auctiva and waiting to post my listings because I'm unsure of information not showing up correctly. Any help anyone can offer is most appreciated. Thanks!

Is there also no way to change listings from auction to fixed price or vice versa. last time I used Auctiva, there was a whole lot more you could do either with single listings or bulk edit. It seems a lot were taken way. Why?

Can't update eBay store categories
I changed the name of one of my eBay store categories. When I went to my Auctiva Account Settings to update the eBay store categories, that option was greyed out. I've tried deleting the store category and then adding it again; I've tried getting a new eBay token; I've tried looging out of Auctiva and logging back in. The link is still greyed out. Any suggestions? (Need to get some client listings up tonight...) Thanks in advance

Can't update store categories
There used to be an option to update eBay store categories, as per your instructions: Mouse over the "My Account" tab within your Auctiva account, select the "eBay" option under "Settings" and click the "Update Store Categories from eBay" button". The problem is that "Update Store Categories from eBay" button has disappeared. How do I update my store categories?

can't upload images
This is the first time I've used Auctiva. I tried to make a listing today. However when I tried uploading images, I could only upload one at a time and then not at all. I keep getting the "This page can't be displayed" message. What am I doing wrong???? I'm trying to upload in the listing itself. Should I try it another way?

Anyone still having the same problem I am??? Tried to post auctions.... practically our last day for Christmas and shipping deadlines... and guess what? Can't upload images thru Firefox July 4
Kept getting a long message box saying that either the image was too big (it wasn't), or that Auctiva was too busy so to try again later. Tried every 10 minutes for maybe an hour. Switched over to Internet Explorer, and it's working fine. Firefox still isn't. Auctiva -- having compatability problems with Java today?

Hi Have been trying to upload pics to Auctiva but it won't let me. First of all I get 'A plugin is needed to display this content'. Then I get error click for details and then an application error with Classnotfoundexception with com.auctivia.uploader.image.AuctiviaImageUploader. Can't Verify my email address to even start on Auctiva
Hi all, Don't know if this is the right place to ask so if not i apologise. I have registered on the main site, clicked the link to activate, doesn't work and takes me back to the activation screen. Tried copy and pasting the link, same outcome. Lodged a support case at 6 o'clock this morning (UK TIME) and still nothing. Tried resending the email - Still nothing. Can't view seller details on Auctiva website
When trying to view my seller details to change them, all I am getting in the box that is supposed to have the text in it is a blank box. My text does not appear. Can this service get any slower?
Well it just took me 40 minutes to list just 2 auctions due to intermittent runtime errors and just across-the-board slowness of this website. I have the highest speed DSL you can get and it still takes 3-4 minutes for a page to turn everytime I click on Auctiva. This is ridiculous and I guess you really get what you (don't) pay for. Can u list charity auctions from Auctiva?
I have a bracelet that I want to list as a benefit auction for Inflammatory Breast Cancer research. Can I do this somehow through Auctiva, or do I have to revert to listing it through ebay?
