Hi- ebay now has the bulk tool for revising listings for clothing, shoes, etc., (the mass area they are making changes in that are REQUIRED we make). I would think that Auctiva might consider adapting the listing tool for eBid.net. That site seems very easy to adapt to as the format is a straight Excel spreadsheet capable of accepting up to 500 listings at a time, though I have been doing 5 at a time. Hi, I'm new to Auctiva and was wondering if anyone knew the shipping insurance procedure for Canada?? It all seems a little confusing to me... If I don't offer any shipping insurance, does this mean I can't use any of the Auctiva features?? eg.. Templates, image hosting, etc???? It also states you can only use the features on the US & UK ebay sites.. It does'nt include ebay.ca for Canada.. Latency problem in Java uploading tool
Hello, I wonder oif the rest of you have experienced this, & if so, you have managed to overcome the problem. This concerns the "latency" when uploading images. I normally use the JAVA. The latency is he time-delay BEFORE your uploaded images actually appear in any of your folders. I noticed that Ebay have a feature that Auctiva don't have yet. It's called VALUE PACK. With this feature we can add SUBTITLE, GALLERY & LISTING DESIGNER for just one small fee $0.65. Live Bulk Edit Listing Tool
When you to to edit a live listing in the Bulk LIVE listing tool. If you want to change something in the say in the title, just example. When you go in and make the change on the LIVE listing it will change on live listing. However, it does not make the change on your original SAVED LISTING TEMPLATE, which means again, we have to do 2 sets of changes? Hello all, I've signed up for auctiva because I would like to bulk edit all my eBay items and add an MPN. I've loaded the Active Listings page and selected a few just to try out but I don't see the selection to add an MPN. I've read another thread that said it's possible. Am I looking in the wrong area? Multi order shipping tool
Has or does anyone use pay pal multi order shipping tool? I have tried this tool 3 or 4 times and it is the most user unfriendly program I have ever used. Won't import all of the listings.etc. I had 7 lables to create I changed the ship from zip and program changed the weights on all the orders. Before I could stop it lables were paid for. Now I have 94.00 tied up in voided lables waiting to get reimbursed. This may come as a shock, but support was useless.

Non-custom template width too narrow in eBay.
Certain Auctiva listing templates are being displayed incorrectly in my eBay listings. The total width of the template (which includes the template background, pictures, item description and store details) is not as wide as it should be in eBay. NOTHING WORKS ON AUCTIVA!
I've been using Auctiva for a while now and it seems like there is always 'something' that goes wrong! On a continuous basis the inventory messes up, I have to run physical inventory constantly...what's the point of inventory. Sometimes it shows 20+ items that are actually out of stock.
