Images in Custom Templates
I have created a custom template, with borders, everything in my auction is within the borders, description, image, shipping/payment info.... PROBLEM: Everytime I create the header image (thumbnail of the image inside the auction) it automatically places a HUGE version of the thumbnail below my auction, outside the borders. How do I get rid of this and get the link under the thumbnail to point to the larger image within my template border?? I've tried modifying the layout... doesn't work.

Every time I log on I get a message telling me there is a problem re my account. I have now re-authorized payment of my Auctiva fee via Paypal THREE TIMES! Are we being charged now for these features? Today I used the relist and had to pick a payment plan. An additional $9.95 amonth for something we have been asking for for years just doesn't seem fair. Is it me..When I list my seller profile needs to be added each time?
I have my seller profile (about me/shipping/payment ect info) set up as a profile. So when I use an already created listing, made some minor changes to copy or pictures, I was assuming that all the other info followed. But it seems that it does not. I have had listings go to eBay and none of the profile info was included. So do I just have to double check each listing... or am I doing something really wrong. I paid for my domain, but I didn't click add a new domain or see the wizard...
I went to the domain page and it had the one I was going to set up as a sub-domain, one with my sign in name and the one that said "awaiting payment" with my auction ID as part of it. I want to duplicate Seller Details more easily
I love using Seller Details profiles to control different payment, shipping, terms of sales, etc. for different categories of products in my store. I sold a $100 Mont Blanc pen to a Professional scammer in HONG KONG. I purchased INSURANCE for the transaction from Auctiva. After 8 days, he contacted Paypal, claiming he did not get his pen. 1) a column on the spreadsheet with the person's snail mail address (or at least just their name) like we had in 2.X. When the idiots send payment with NOTHING to identify the auction, sometimes you can figure it out by their names if their name is easily accessible on the spreadsheet. 2) for you to turn on the toggle so that I can type over older auctions. All you would have to do, I believe, is set the "insert" button on a user's keyboard to toggle between "insert" and "typeover" modes.

How to require Paypal account to bid?
OK I cannot seem to find in the Auctiva auction set up process where you can check something so that the bidder must have a Paypal account to bid. I've been on Auctiva for quite some time and have scoured the set-up and can't find it to save my life - WHERE is this? I canceled my account but my listings through Auctiva would say "page not found" and so I decided to keep Auctiva until my listings ended however the payment screen still results in an error. I tried to post this once before but it didn't take ---I think, so if it did, plese forgive me my error When I sell something and get the notice from ebay and payment has been made via PayPal, how do I know when a purchase was generated though the Auctiva Store as opposed to the eBay store? Have you ever bought something on eBay yourself, only to be sent to a third party checkout that asks for your Paypal screenname and password? I get really nervous at this, even though I myself send my customers to Auctiva checkout. Initially I was able to fund payment from my Paypal account to Auctiva. Auctiva now has authorization to take funds not available in my Paypal account from my checking account. I understand that the Winning Bidder email will go out automatically when the auction ends, OK. But what if I want to send one of the other emails? e.g Address request, payment reminder, etc? Auctiva fails, insisting I allow money orders, but I only take PayPal?!
I'm trying to submit an auction, but Auctiva keeps kicking it back saying "We don't allow money orders." So I go back and check the payment settings, and sure enough, the only one checked is PayPal. Why does Auctiva send out an invoice of a subscribers monthly fees only to automatically pull out more from my bank account than the invoice was for? Awaiting Payment
When I look at my transaction record, I have listings showing Awaiting Payment that are already paid and shipped. It will not allow me to set them as Paid. I get a message that it has to read Payment in Transit to be marked as Paid. I also have some that aren't paid yet, that are showing as paid. Being able to update our own stuff in real-time
One of the big weaknesses I see in the current version of Auctiva is that real-time stats are very unreliable. For example, store window information often doesn't update for several days, and sold items don't always show up in the "sales transactions" window, which is a real problem on items that you need to buy insurance for within 48 hours of payment! The procedure up until now has been to contact Auctiva support, and support updates your information manually. I don't know if this is an...
