Help with Template Creation
I am fairly new so bear with me: I have created a Template with all of my information. I need to change the shipping info from time to time, though, and cannot locate this template to change it when I create a listing. I can find all of the Manage info, but none of it matches what I have entered. I keep using the "Create Similar" option to list things to keep this template going. Thank you for any help!

How do I correct a seller detail profile created?
When I preview my auction creation it shows My description tag at the very bottom below contact us with no information below it. The information is above the payment tag. I believe something I did when creating the seller detail profile caused this problem. Ok, I have spent the last hour trying to figure out even how to use the activa template for my auctions, I can edit it, view it, etc, but I cannot add it to a listing, or like a click a button that says use template! Description Box doesn't allow for the Creation of extra spaces between Paragraphs!
I used to fist compose my eBay ad. in Microsoft WORD. Easy way to save active listings to reopen eBay store later????
I am going to make a temporary move and will not be where my inventory is to be able to ship. I intend to close my eBay store for a couple of months to save the subscription fees, but would like to find an easy way to re-open it when I return. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Doesn't seem to be posting right now
I made a few listings tonight. When I posted them, they went into the scheduler. Right now they are just sitting there with the status reading: Ready, Scheduled. The time they should have posted (immediately after creation) has passed by a couple of hours. They are supposed to retry for 4 hours, but if they had tried to post, I figured there would be a different message in the status area. Anyone have any idea what’s going on?

Creating a "watch item" link in auction description
I wanted to create a custom button in my auction to give people the opportunity to watch my item which is more visible than the one ebay has. Does any one know how to do that during the auction creation process? I know I can edit it later, but it would not display where I first want it to. Hi everyone, I joined Auctiva last week and this weekend created 18 auction listings for back issue magazines. You can view them at my Auctiva store www.keepsakesnaf.com . Is anyone else missing listings created before the server move? I have over 12 there are missing in Auctiva, including some that have been live on ebay since creation. Can't seem to find any of them. On my ebay listings, when you click on a thumbnail to enlarge it, theres no option to close the enlarged thumbnail. Escape does nothing, nor is there an X in the upper right corner. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you

Suggest change to seller details interface
Why is it if I want to change my seller details, instead of going Profiles/Seller details and selecting one of my existing sets, the interface drops me into the creation of a new set? I would rather the seller details management be the default page, since I edit my details a lot more than I create them.

Sorting listings
When I relist I like to sort my listings by first filtering just the auctions and then sorting them in acsending order alphabetically. For the last week I haven't been able to do that. It will only sort in descending order and as soon as I apply any filters it goes back to sorted by creation date and then if I try to sort it by title, it removes all of my search filters. I figured this would go away in a few days but it's been over a week now.

NEW Editor going live today

Problem Creating New Item Detail Profile

Hi lynne, The Auctiva Uploader actually requires that an Active X or Java add-on be installed on your browser in order to operate and, given that you are using a computer at a public library, it is likely the security settings on the browser there are configured to automatically block the installation of browser add-ons such as the ones the Auctiva Uploader uses. There is an uploader on our site that has a similar workflow to what you have described from eBay. That uploader does not require...

Hi, The closest to a two column design would be placement of the pictures in a vertical column next to a text column using the template selection page on the one-page lister, e.g. Grouping: Vertical with Alignment: Left (or Right). Try that. Is that what you have in mind? If you really mean two columns of text for the description and the Seller Details elements, that would take creation of a custom template. Danno

Hi GrayRabbit, The code immediately gave me a clue it was copied from Microsoft Office / Word, possibly prior to the new Word paste feature (icon for that on the description toobar). However, even with that feature, you can have a result that may not be the exact same as the original word document. Word operates with an incompatible mark-up language to HTML, and that can cause visual differences and even hiccups like code moved to other than desired location. The better methods for desktop...

The new editor seems to prefer CSS inline style over font tags for it's own code creation. That's not really any surprise, as most of the modern up-to-date editors tend to avoid obsolete (termed depreciated) code. I would have to see code examples to run any checks or speculate on why it's dropping fonts and sizes, other than if those were originated from incompatible sources, like Office/Word. Posting examples is always the best method to get assistance, and to get Auctiva's attention, i.e.

Hi, The one-page lister is for creation of eBay listings. The free Auctiva Store Gallery reflects items you list at eBay only. The "Store Inventory" format on the one-page lister is for submission of listings to those who subscribe to eBay's Store service, i.e. you get the 30 day or GTC for the item at the lower store listing fee.
