Auctiva appending to custom template
I use a custom template, a very basic and clean layout since unfortunately many of the templates look like they were designed in the early '90's. One issue is the image tag doesn't seem to work, the code is there, and it worked when I saved and previewed but doesn't show on active listings. The other issue is I have the following appended to my listings: This wasn't in the preview of the editor, is the extra blurb from the counter perhaps? Thanks in advance.

I Sell plant growth hormones and I would like to automatically have an email sent with the usage instructions after a purchase is made instead of printing them as I do now. Auto launch new auction when one is sold ?
HI- I am new here after being with Inkfrog for 5 years. Through Inkfrog I had the ability to acto-launch my items - I list certain items that when one sells I have another item just like it launch. Does Auctiva have this feature or do I manually have to launch a new auction everytime one of my books sell? Auto-Relist has delay in schedule after auction end
I've been having this problem for the past couple of weeks. Once my weekly auctions end I have an auto-relist profile to relist 30 minutes after auction is ended if the item did not sell. Most of my items end at 5pm PST on Sunday's and it doesn't seem to schedule the auto-relist until 6:30-7:30pm PST or later. When it first happened I figured it would be fixed shortly, but as I said it is happening every week now.

Auto Relist Problems are out of control and costing us alot!!!
I have well over 125-150 auction relisting everyday rather they sell or dont. Most times everything is fine. However off and on for the last few months the dont relist instantly and then 5 or 6 hours later they are relist at exactly the same time. My auctions are set to be spread out not all at one time. I like the idea of the new auto relist feature, but it there a way to have the ended listing relist whether or not the item sells? As of right now, I can only choose to either auto relist when it sells, or when it doesn't sell, but not both options together.

I was wondering if there is any way to make an automatic reply to ebay messages? I have an product that I sell but cannot list the actual item on ebay. However I can list information on how to buy this product. As a result I get a lot of messages and I always end up typing out the same thing every time. Automatically Insert Title in Description?
I've heard other sellers talk about the convenience of having Auctiva automatically insert their listing title in the top of their description. No matter what I try I can't get that to work. I don't use a template as I like to use the sell similar from saved listings of each type of item I sell but would want to place the auto-title at the top of my descriptions to save the step of copy and pasting it each time. how do I accomplish this? hey guys i've just posted my first listing on ebay. A few problems, I've got an API warning saying: Shipping Service Collection in Person(311) set as last service. I have tried MULTIPLE times to list a Bvlgari perfume and each time get an API error message. Everything else I am listing is going on fine, this is the only item. Hi All, I charge a surcharge for Alaska, Hawaii and the Protectorates. When I use the EBay listing tool I check the box that says "Apply domestic shipping rate table", which pulls my preset surcharges in. Are 1 day relistings allowed?
When I try and use some of eBay's relisting tools, I see the shortest listing time they are allowing me is 3 days. But, I see Auctiva' auto-relisting tool allows me to specify a duration of 1 day for relistings. Does anyone know if Auctiva's software will be successful when attempting to relist my items for 1 day?

Are the protected images really that protected?
G'day. Before I begin, I'd just like to say that this post is strictly informative, and I'm not going to sit here and bash on you. I was buying some stuff on Ebay, and I bought an item in which the description's images were protected by auctiva.com. In that sense, I mean to say that when you right click on the image it pops up an alert box. AUCTIVA when will Item Specifics be update???
Just checking to see when the item specifics will be updated to match eBay's? Most of the time all I get is the New option, I sell vintage items so this does not apply most of the time. With the upcoming changes this will significantly affect items showing up in Best Match. Auctivia template is way too wide to read on ebay, what do I do?
Did my first listing yesterday on Auctivia. Seems ok but wasn't wide enough to fill the screen. I used the original listing as a "sell similar" and just replaced the pictures and description. When I previewed it, it was too wide. Thought it might be ok on eBay. It isn't. The template section is way too wide for the screen. WHAT DID I DO WRONG. I didn't think I changed settings. ALSO>.. Auto deletion. Why is this still not addressed?
Hello, Is there a way to delete images from image hosting when I delete a listing? Deletion wizard does not support this option. All of our listings are one of a kind. Many of our listings that do not sell we like to keep for relist at a later date maybe next year or in 3 months ect. so just because it is inactive does not mean we want to delete it. Bulk edit variation quantity?
Is there a way to edit the quantities of a variation? For example, I will have 500 listings of my items that offer a color in Black and White. I'd like to be able to select all White variations and have them all be Qty 50. Then I'd like to be able to offer Qty 100 of all Black variations. With eBay's current bulk edit tool, I can only edit all at one time, or one at a time. I just signed up for a trial of Auctiva and can't seem to find a way to do this.

Is anyone else experiencing getting an error message when using the bulk editing or find and replace tools. I have been trying unsuccessfully for 2 days to change the BIN price of my listings with the find and replace and even did the bulk editing tool with my 100 listings and get the same message: An error has occurred during the processing of your request. For several months I have been unable to use the bulk editing tool for more than 50 items at a time. If I try to do 100 or more I always get a error message and it fails to edit the full amount. Well...I was judicious and filled out my seller details pretty thoroughly way back when. Sadly, with all of eBay's changes, some of it has to be edited. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add a bulk relisting tool. I would like a whole list of items that have not sold in the past 60 days. I would like a check box next to each one. Bulk Revision of Active Listings
I have just completed modifying 300+ Active Listings with the Auctiva tool and thought it to be one of the most painful processes I have ever seen. I was using the Description modification tools to modify one word. In order to save time I used the 250 listing view. BIG MISTAKE. Bulk Upload - Columns for Galley Photos & Shipping and Checkout profiles
When using Auctiva's tab delimited bulk upload tool is there a way to add a second and third picture for ebays gallery? I can't seem to find the column heading. I was also wondering if there was a way to auto select a description template, checkout profile and shipping profile? Or does all of this have to be done after the import through bulk edits?
