Is it possible to hide the Sellathon counter?
What I would like to do is hide the counter from the people who are viewing my auctions, yet still allow me to view the number of hits each page has. I am afraid if I remove the counter altogether, I won't be able to track the hits myself. Thank you.

Auctiva Notifications Update - Unimpressed
The recent update of Auctiva notifications has left me unimpressed. The changes in the last two major "updates" in recent years have reduced functionality. The notification numbers for new listings used to appear in the top taskbar without a user having to go into My Account to see notifications. BEWARE of SELLATHON FEES
BEWARE OF SELLATHON there will be FEES. I really want a counter in my auctions like I in have EBAY so I set up a password with the Sellathon counter. I thought it was free as part of Auctiva & I thought that's all I had to do as part of the set up BUT once you sign up they tell you there will be FEES. I just want a counter NOT Fees. If anyone knows any more info, please share, i.e. how to get a counter. I tried to update it in ebay but it doesn't let you and I'm not doing that every time...

Auctiva appending to custom template
I use a custom template, a very basic and clean layout since unfortunately many of the templates look like they were designed in the early '90's. One issue is the image tag doesn't seem to work, the code is there, and it worked when I saved and previewed but doesn't show on active listings. The other issue is I have the following appended to my listings: This wasn't in the preview of the editor, is the extra blurb from the counter perhaps? Thanks in advance.

API Error - Listings Failing to Post.
So I started from scratch yet again as per Auctiva's recommendations to eliminate the formatting issues. Everything was going great and I thought I had finally cracked the minefield of trying to make a successful listing, as all the formatting and text was appearing as I planned it in the preview page. However, I noticed after 6 listings that the Notifications counter at the top of the page was showing 6 in red. Clicking on the red 6 takes you the Events page which showed that all 6 listings...

I have setup a auction item and am using the counter and when I goto the listings page and the active link it is showing my listing. Although it is not showing the hits. It says N/A. no matter how many times my auctions are looked at, the auctiva hit counter in the active listings area of auctiva is not counting any hits to any of my items (BIN and auction listings), I know there have been hits because I made a few from another computer to test it. Now for the big question, these are relisted auctions, does this make a difference? When they were in their first run the counter worked great

Hit/Counter Column on Ebud Spreadsheet
I know you can view counters in ePoster. (Mine isn't working right at the moment, but Ed is having engineering check into it for me) But, I would really love to see a "counter/hit" column on the Ebud spreadsheet. So I could see which of my items that are closed and open had/have the most hits (what's hot and what's not so to speak!). How Do I add a Counter?
I'm still a little new to Activa but so far everything has been going very smoothly. The only problem I'm having is I can't get a counter added to my listings. I thought the "sellathon counter" was what I wanted but nothing is showing up on my listings. So far the only way I can see the counter hits is either go into Auctiva or revise each Listing through Ebay. Is there a particular tool or button on the listing page that will include an automatic counter to each listing?

Hello, Ok, I'm really new here. I started making a few auction pages and had no problems. I've seen on other peoples Auctiva auction pages little icons that move around (such as a skull). How to apply template to pre-existing eBay listings?
I have just activated an Auctiva trial account and spent most of the evening creating profiles, setting preferences, etc. At this point I am ready to apply a template/profile combination to one of my current 40 eBay listing. With one exception they are all "Buy It Now" or BIN/Best Offer listings. Right now the only Auctiva-related objects appearing in my current listings are the Scrolling Gallery and Sellathon Counter. Can Auctiva templates be applied to listings retroactively? If so, how?

Help needed relisting an item with new edits, Please :0)
Hi all, I want to relist one of my auctions and have edited a couple of things (the counter and the terms of sale) and saved it to my saved listings but when I go to the relist page, it hasn't acknowledged my changes so do I have to relist it on ebay and change it from there? I'm working on my first listing in years and find I can't get onto the sellathon site... it says my account is inactive and I've tried two different passwords that I thought might work, but they don't. A Few General Questions ~ Can you guys help me out?
I've been using auctiva for a long time & I absolutely hate the sellathon so what I wind up doing is choosing NO COUNTER and then manually editing my ads through ebay which is REALLY starting to make me mad! Is there no other way? I'm sure there is but I just don't know? I hope! Next question is about sales tax. In ebay, there is a sales tax table, allowing you to charge tax to more than one state. Active listings folder not updating
I posted some items on eBay yesterday, and a few more more about 5 days ago, and I haven't got any updated details on number of hits. The ones from the other day are still small numbers of hits (sellathon shows many more hits - yes I am using the sellathon counter) and the ones from yesterday are showing N/A for hits. **ALL HAVE THE SELLATHON COUNTER ACTIVE** Is this happening to anyone else, or can anyone tell me why it is happening?

I have now tried to use your listing page over 5 times and I have lost it or one time it just listed on Ebay twice. I am totally frustrated. Hi, Each eBay listing's head (preview) picture has a link "Large(r) picture" which is pointed to the picture after description. Is it possible to change that behavior so that I can have it "linked" to the picture inside my description? Is it also possible to have the preview picutre but not the "Larger" picture right before the counter? I know a little bit of HTML code, but I don't want to do something that eBay does not like. I signed in for Auctiva over a month ago, but I did not submit my first listing until yesterday. I used the Sellathon counter. I don't remember the circumstances of why I used it. Does it provide information other than the visitors if I did not sign up for the viewtracker? and Did I sign up for anything? The sellathon site appears to be down and I can't check.
