confused about edit/revise listings please HELP?
OK. I'm new and I do not 'get' everything about how this is supposed to work as eBay is the only listing tool that I've ever used. I have selected the Sellathon counter in my listing templates, and when I view my listings on eBay I do have numbers registering on the counters. Hi, I was wondering if there was a possibility of adding a counter to the script of the Auctiva Storefront templates. Counter for eBay Store Listings Please
I started using Ruby Lane counters when Auctiva's were disabled. They are now discontinuing the reporting soon so I came back. THE NEW (to me) AUCTIVA COUNTERS ROCK!!! I love that it shows how many are watching. How cool is that? I would love to have the Auctiva counters in my store items too. Counter issues, AGAIN
In all the listings I've created in the past week, I specifically checked the NO COUNTER option. Each time, that Kick It Back counter showed up anyway. I had to manually take out the HTML. Not such a bad thing with only a few live auctions, but would be horrible if I had many. PLEASE tell me why this keeps happening. I checked and double checked that I chose the NO COUNTER option. Over the weekend we experienced slow pic loading and that is if you were lucky,,most could not be seen at all. Now yesterday and today, the counter for visitors is not working,so you have no idea how many times your sales have been hit. Every day it must be something new. I have checked other ppl's sales that use Auctiva..none of us have the counter.

I long ago discovered that Andale counters aren't always dependable and that refreshing the page will help in giving you a more accurate count. However, I've noticed that if I refresh my auction page, Auctiva counter will add one to the count. This tells me that it isn't recognizing unique visitors and is counting my visit to my own auctions. Any possibility in correcting this?

If I list with Auctiva and I elect not to choose the Sellathon counter, will I have any counter in my eBay auctions (meaning will I at least get the free eBay counter)? I just posted my first Auctiva auction few hours ago: I DO NOT like that "CLick here to see my other items, ranked my popularity" Has anyone checked out Sellathon and View Tracker websites lately-dates going back to 2004-2005, so outdated doesn't inspire signing on, for sure. When Iuse the counters when I list some of them take and some don't. So I also use Vendo counter= smart counters. I download them after they are listed. Just don,t understand why some of the auctiva counters don,t work when I post. antone else have this problem.

Are you guys adding **** counters to my listings when sent to ebay to be listed. Every time I check a recent listing there is a section at the bottom of the auction saying that a **** counter has been added so I have to revise and delete that section as I don't want it there. How come the counters don't work for us in the UK? I have 'Counters - Hidden' selected in Account Preferences and either 'Sellathon Counters' or 'Hidden Sellathon Counters' selected in the lister. No combination of these settings will produce a working counter. I have to then go into eBay and edit each listing in turn in order to have a visitor counter. Am I doing something wrong, or is this some kind of Auctiva 'Feature'?

Okay, I see that you have the option to add a sellathon counter, but what about the ebay counter. I don't want a sellathon counter on all my listings as most are store items and not auctions. Anyone know if you can do this through auctiva? It would surely be a HUGE pain in the you know where if I had to enter all listings manually to add a counter. Just doesn't make sense to me. Just did my first listing since the 30 day trial expired on Sellathon. I have Sellathon selected for counter, but it's not keeping up with the hits. It shows 1 hit when I've had 6. Is there something I need to do here? Thanks.

About 1/3 of the listings I posted tonight that were supposed to have Sellathon Counter attached are showing up with one. It is totally random which one do and which ones don't. Anyone else noticing this. LAst time it happened Auctiva told me to contact Sellathon, an Auctiva owned company, and Sellathon told me to contact Auctiva as it was acode problem.

Can you use Ebay counter by default when lisitng through Auctiva? I have noticed that the selathon counter is not very accurate, if the same user visits the page it adds another count instead of only adding one count per user with the normal Ebay counter. I would actually like to use both counters but what I need to know is how can you enable the Ebay counter while listing through Auctiva? Can someone help me with Kickitback and Sellathon? Some of my listings show the Sellathon counter and underneath that the thing that says "Click here to see my items by popularity" or something to that effect. Then other listings show the Kickitback.com but nothing says "click here to see my other listings"--not unless they click the kickitback. thing. I have a few questions....
1. I looked at events this morning and it appears the day I registered, something failed. It says "eBay Account was not registered for needed notifications" What does this mean? Why does my PROFILES tab have "create a Sellathon account" when I already have one? Is it because I have the trial period version? I'm a newbie with a few major problems :)
Someone please tell me how I can fix this: I set my auctions up thru Auctiva (actually fixed price, not an auction style) and everything looked perfect when i reviewed each listing. NOW when i go to my listings on ebay I am missing pictures here and there. I also added the Sellathon Counter to each listing but when i look at them on ebay it's gone. What is up with this??? Imported Listings Images not large enough?
Hi new and having A LOT of problems getting started. I have watched the videos and read the tutorials. My test case for using this product is relisting some of my imported listing and every step seems buggy or counter intuitive. My latest hiccup --the image files were not big enough for ebay. Image Link in an active auction is messed up
I currently have an active auction on Ebay. Somehow 3 of the 4 image links from auctiva to ebay got lost. Only 1 of the original 4 pictures is showing. I'm using an Auctivia template. How do I get rid of the image that displays on my eBay listing below line at the bottom of the template section and just above what looks like the hidden counter? (Right below the hidden counter, if that's what it is, there's a link to "Protect your credit score - monitor your credit. Learn more," and then the eBay section heading "Shipping and handling.") It seems like the image I'm referring to is just a repeat display of the eBay Header Image.
