EDITING Problem - Pics and Shipping info LOST
PLEASE HELP!! I have been attempting to place closed auctions over into Store listings. However, when I import Closed auctions to Saved Auctions (to make s/h changes and price changes), I lose the pictures. The thumbnail is shown until I go to edit, then all of the pics disappear. Out of 9 auctions I tried to relist in my Store, the images were missing in all of them. I see where u can edit it in general but I want to change it within each ad but it does not come up even with the minimize or maximize action it is not listed oon the actual listing page... "good till cancel"option not available through auctiva?
I have an Ebay store and when creating a fixed price listing through auctiva, when it gets to "duration" (1,7,10,30 days) I can not see the option "good till cancel". Error check on Listing returns an error?
When I try to list an auction item for multiple items for example (10 of xproduct @.99 cents each), and include the buy it now price, the error check kicks in and says you cannot list multiple items with a buy it now price. I am getting this error message when I try to post my listing: API Error eBay has not posted your item due to title, description, and/or eBay policy violation. disappearing descriptions
I seem to be having a problem with the description editor. I am using Foxfire on OSX 10.2.8. About half the time when I load a saved listing the description that was there when it was saved is gone. The description box is empty. If I create a similar listing from an existing one or from a Master Profile it is almost certain the description will be missing. Is anyone else having this problem? I had a number of profiles that had a buy-it-now price in the appropriate box. When Ebay changed the rules on BIN amounts as of May 1, I decided to totally delete all BIN amounts, leaving only the starting price. Duplicate Auction Format Listing
I had two fixed price listings pulled by eBay due to their duplicate listing policy. I read we're allowed to list more than one auction format listing, but don't know how to do that with the Auctiva template. I realize that when you list through eBay, they only show one auction format listing, until it receives a bid and then another duplicate lising appears. Dyson Animal DC14 vacuums...reviews anyone?
Has anyone bought a Dyson Animal DC 14 vacuum? This is the newer model (DC07 is the older version) that has the telescoping wand. When I modify my Item Details Profile, I want to select US$ currency. The tab options show C$ and $ as the choices. The C$ is obviously the Canadian currency, and I am assuming that the $ is the US currency, although I am really not sure. When I select $, and save it, and return to it, it reverts to C$. Hi Guys As you may know I am thinking of opening an ebay store to sell my many magazines through. The least expensive way to do this is to use the SIF format (shop inventory format) I believe. eBay Store Listing Icon v Fixed Price Listing Icon
Hi I've just done my first listing using Auctiva and loaded it up to my eBay store on the UK site. When I look on my Saved Listings, it is showing with the $ in a blue square icon symbolising it as a Fixed Price Listing. However, the listings I imported from my eBay store into Auctiva have the little house in a red square symbolising an eBay Store Listing. When I've gone into my eBay store, the item is showing there and I'm paying the correct listing fee on eBay so everything seems to be OK.

How do I create an ebay store listings. At the top of my create listings page I only have Auction or Fixed Price option. I have my store categories to choose from. Ebays new TRS and FVF policies for eBay.uk
Hi, Anyone out there have any views on ebays latest policy changes. I for one will not be able to jump through their latest TRS hoops so will loose my discount etc. Adding their fees to the recently hiked Royal Mail price increases is profiteering on the grand scale. I believe sellers in the US have been paying fees on item plus p&p for some time based on their lowest priced domestic shipping rate even for overseas sales whereas on eBay.uk it will be on the actual shipping cost. Dollars instead of Pounds - Can't upload pics - can't select anything?

Domestic Insurance Price Shows in International Too..Ouch!
I've just started listing with Auctiva...awesome so far. Came to this Forum to immediately find out how to add my Store categories to the listing form. Thanks! I opted out of Auctiva shipping insurance, and entered my postal insurance in my Shipping Profiles. Now I just noticed that all my ebay listings show International insurance offered...it's supposed to be Domestic only. I don't see how to separate them in Auctiva. Any tips? Thanks!

Cap'm' on the bridge. FWIW. Frankly, I hope Auctiva starts to charge for this service ASAP. It's a simple rule of the marketplace that (quality being equal) as long as a product is priced below what the market will bring, the demand will go up, the supply will vanish. In this case, the price of Auctiva is zilch. The demand is for servers, tech's, customer support, bandwidth, etc. I'm surprised at the number of people who saw this happen at SD, and don't have any qualms about it happening...
