Image uploaded rotated to the side in error
This is the first time encountering this problem. I just uploaded pictures to my Auctiva listing & one of the pics showed rotated to one side. My original picture was not rotated so I didn't have to edit it to correct. Once loaded, I used your 'edit' tool to correct the rotation. I saved it but it won't show up as corrected in my listing. What is wrong? I can't afford these little hiccups today! Trying to list as many as possible for Ebay's promo that ends tomorrow. Please FIX ASAP!

IMAGE URL IS INVALID error while creating inventory item
When attempting to create a new inventory item in the "add new inventory item" page and selecting an image from our uploaded pictures folder as we have done thousands of times and as recently as this week, we are now getting the error, "The Following Errors are found: Image URL is invalid." We are unable to create items now and we have a few hundred to list this evening. Please help!!

Images are not Uploading from Files..Error 12031??
I have been trying all day to upload images from my computer files. I have IE 5.1 (an old version, but never had a problem before). I contacted support and they are saying to try to update my IE (which I CAN'T for some reason..computer is locking up). I think it is something they have done recently?? anyone else having similar problems TODAY?? I have re-contacted support.

Images can't be uploaded
I can't upload any images. I keep getting an error message that says "such & such image can't be uploaded". I even tried images that have already been uploaded to Auctiva.

Images hosted on another site not in listings
Hi! I am trying to create a new listing and use the new feature (which I really like) of having the photos hosted on another site. I go through and get the pictures from the other site. Click done. Do Preview. All is well. Run error check. It passes. Then I go to schedule and I get an error saying that "a 7 day listing is not valid or another error" I then click edit and my picture are then gone. Any advice on what the problem might be? Images not loading
Hi all! I'm new to this board ... although I've been using and LOVING auctiva for a couple years now. But today I'm trying to load jpgs from My Pictures, approx 9 - 30kb each. Same sizes, same folders, same steps I've used for a few hundred pics before ... but today it's taking forever for them to upload, and I keep getting an error message that the upload failed. I notice the whole site is really slow ... is that why? Anyone else having this problem??? Thanks!!

iPhone 5 Auctiva App
I just bought the new iPhone 5 the other day & I thought it was going to be a cinch to list my stuff on the go. WRONG! It's missing all the required key features such as "condition", and I keep getting the API error and nothing gets posted to ebay. Once I choose upload or post to ebay, I have to go to my computer, edit the error & listing all over again which defeats the purchase of this useless app! The only good thing is that it saves my pictures, and that's just about it! Help!!

IPhone App Upload Failure

Is anyone else having major problems with Auctiva today?
It is no use filing a support question they keep telling you to do the same thing, the only thing I can get to work half the time is logging in and out~ the auction will not save, will not error check keeps hanging, wasting so much time redoing auctions over and over, suggestion...copy everything to word from your description or you will lose it! anyone have any suggestions besides emptying my cookies and files, and reloading and relogging in????

Is anyone else losing their listings when clicking POST ??
I've been having an issue lately that is absolutely frustrating. When my listing is ready to be posted to eBay, I go to the bottom of the page and click ''POST'' but instead of posting my listing, I find myself back at the top of the ''New Listing'' page and all the fields are blank. Is anyone having problems with gallery plus not showing in eBay correctly?
The last two days I have selected gallery plus in my Auctiva listings and didn't notice anything was wrong in the way it posted to eBay until I searched for my items. When I moused over the image, it would not enlarge and I would see an error message about picture not loading. I QUIT AUCTIVA NOW CUSTOMERS CAN'T CHECK OUT
I quit ( I had an account under a different name) because of a security issue that later I found was unfounded. I had two items for sale that sold and now the customers can't check out.They get a "timed out" error message and can not check out and pay for the items. How can this problem be rectified?

I don't know why but here lately when I am doing searches on ebay I keep getting the below error message and it closes what I am looking at. Do you know what the problem is or what I can do to stop this? I have run my Adware, Reg cleaner and virus protector. I worked all night last night getting my pictures and everything ready for today because i wanted to open an ebay store fast. Now when i go to list there is an error. I need help with description tags, please...
I have taken the black controller template and modified it. All I did was change the background image, the font color and the section title headers. Instead of using Auctiva's section title images I have actually just done it with text. It loads on the practice board fine and it shows up in the text editor fine but when I try to save it I get an error saying that I "can have one and only one description tag." Auctiva listing problems
The problems I've experience trying to list through Auctiva via FIREFOX the past few days are numerous. I'd like to say what error messages I'm getting, but the computer either locks up (USUALLY when I'm trying to load a picture through the new Java format), or Auctiva simply closes, and the computer then asks me if I'd like to send someone the message that there has been a Windows error. Anyone else having problems, and if so, does anything work besides just using I/E ?

I canceled my account but my listings through Auctiva would say "page not found" and so I decided to keep Auctiva until my listings ended however the payment screen still results in an error. Auctiva Motors Listings Category Browsing Mayhem
I did a search here on the forums and came up with what appeared to be a solution to my problem. Unfortunately, it hasn't changed anything. Auctiva NOT Listing All Categories in drop down menu and or search box

Auctiva or Ebay Which SOLD the item??????
I tried to post this once before but it didn't take ---I think, so if it did, plese forgive me my error When I sell something and get the notice from ebay and payment has been made via PayPal, how do I know when a purchase was generated though the Auctiva Store as opposed to the eBay store? I have looked but cannot find an answer to this. Auctiva posted ALL my listings on the first saved page
I got an error listing an auction so I went back to fix it and tried posting it again. The next thing I knew is that ALL my saved listings on the first page have posted to ebay! The ones that I did NOT want posted! This is a nightmare and I am not quite sure what had happened.
