Can't post to ebay after changing bank acct
I changed my bank acct info on ebay on 10/28, and it is correctly reflected there. Today I tried to list through auctiva as usual, and my listings are not going to ebay. The error message is: "We noticed that you don't have a payment method set up with your eBay account. As soon as you take care of this, you'll be able to list more items." I called ebay, and they assure me that everything is fine on their end. They suggested generating a new token (although the one I had showed as "valid").

Can't reply to postings, can't save, can't list, can't preview
When I try to reply to a post, the reply screen is blank. Save is not working. (Was able to save as new) Listing decription editor area not showing up but was able to switch to full size editor. Cannot preview in saved listings. One improvement is when clicking on images to upload to the listing, the far right side now works on the first click. booklady

Can't save, can't list, keeps asking me to login
I dearly thought that this morning I would be able to get some work accomplished. I was happy, content in knowing that it was Monday and would be much easier than trying to list on the weekend. I use Netscape, Mozilla and IE, whatever will work at the time on Auctiva. Cache is clean and no pop-ups blocked. I worked so hard on my first listing only to have it NOT saved and disappear...sigh. Can't Schedule - Deleted Image
I continue to receive the following error: Your ad was saved but not scheduled. The description contains one or more deleted images. Please check your description, remove these images, and try again. I have tried to list this two ways: via 'saved listings' and then importing from closed listings. Can't type anything on new listing form HELP PLS!!
Murphy's Law has kicked in again! Taking Murphy off Christmas list now! Can I download Auctiva to use whilst not connected to the net?
Hi Everyone Just wanted to know is there some way that Auctiva can be downloaded to use whilst not connected to the net. My office is out of the house so everytime I want to list something I have to go outside and leave the kids alone (with 4 littles ones that is not a good thing!). Can I Filter Items in Showcase by Category?
I only want to show other items I'm selling in my Auctiva Showcase according to their category matching that of the item being viewed. For example, if I'm selling books, I want the showcase to show all the other books I have selling, when a buyer is looking at one of my books. I don't want, for example, my Office Desks showing up on the list. Is there a function to do this yet?

Can I find this and if not when are you going to fix it?
It seems that when listing an item and if I make an error and I hit post and save it comes back up with the error message at the top. This is a nice little reminder and it keeps all of the fields intact except for the main one ... item description. This comes back blank so I have to spend more time filling all the information in for that item AGAIN. I am cuttently trying to revise all the listings that i used SD to list because of their image problems. What I am doing is removing the SD code and adding auctiva's code. I am basically re-creating the ad on auctiva, in the lister then clicking preview and view source, and then I normally would copy that code, paste it to the "Description area" Of ebay's revise form and be done. Can I list the emails Auctiva sent out on my behalf?
I am quite new - still on my first 30 days and trying to get everything set up and working as I like. I noticed the green hint about all emails I elect to CC (carbon copy) to myself will go to the email address I was entering. So where do I elect to have them CC'd to me? can I make the whole ebay title show in store window and store?
I put the size at the end of my title and isnt showing!! this defeats the whole purpose of the store, to promote other items!!! my name is velvet-kitten if you want to see what I mean by the whole title not showing. you look in my store and it looks like I have the same thing listed over and over when I dont. I would rather people click on list view in ebay, if I cant do this. Because at least then they can see the different sizes.

Can I strip IF Template from my Saved Listings?
Good Morning, I have re-joined Auctiva from IF. I was able to import listings from e-bay and save them. Is there a way to strip out the IF template from my saved listings to re-list with Auctiva? I am able to put in an Auctiva template but it just surrounds the IF one. Thanks in advance

Can I use the "Free" tools when listing directly to Ebay?
So, unfortunately for me I'm one of the people who just doesn't fit either of the two Auctiva plans offered. This means I'm having to list directly through ebay again but I would still like to use the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery which is touted as being one of the free marketing tools. Can I use the multi-variations tool for one item with 2 style options?
Hello, I am trying to use the multi-variations tool but don't see a way to match what I need. I make bow ties in two different styles so I would like to make the listing where they could choose one of the styles. But when I use the multi-variations tool, it doubles the quantity available. Can not get listing page to properly open up
When I try to list an item I start from a saved listing. Each time I open it up the page will not load. I click the link at the top and it opens up BUT without the description box. Anyone else having troubles?

OK now i can get into the community but can not use the help tab to file a support case. I can not click on the listing tab from community to get to listing. tried 3 different browsers and I can not get to Auctiva home page to get to listing either. Anyone else having this issue? Can not list fixed priced items under $1.00 anymore
Hello, I use to list many of my items as fixed price with $0.99 price. Now when I try to do that I get a red message at the top when I try to save that says "Buy It Now Price" If I up it to $1.00 or higher it is fine. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks

When I select the similar listing that I want to use to make my listing all I do is change a part of the title and then I remove the photo select a new one and when I preview it the photo on the top in the ebay section is the new one I selected but the one in the add is still the old one and below the add is the new one to supersize with another new one

Can not Sign In or Chose Catagory
At first it allows me to sign into my Auctiva, but when I'm trying to list and want to choose a catagory, I get a pop up screen asking me to sign in & I'm already signed in. I've tried several times to log out, then sign back in, but once I try click onto catagory, I'm still getting the sign in pop up. I can't get around it, so can not list anything today. I have been successful with about 5 listings but I have a problem with two of them. Those that I list individually I have been able to post to ebay but any time I try to list something in bulk it never go through to ebay. The flag on one says dutch. I can log onto Auctiva, but am unable to create or list any items for ebay. I have tried several times but the pages does absolutely nothing, it is almost like it crashes, but only on that page. When I try to list more that 1 in the quantity I get this message. Why? They are not selling together. Or be shipped together unless the buyers goes back out and buys the second item when it lists. Ad did not save for the following reason: * Additional cost for shipping options is required when quantity is more than one.

Why can't I use immediate payment for buy it now ( you have a notice that immediate payment is not compatible with Auctiva). You can not expect a person to give up a listing if some one uses buy it now and waits to pay, if he pay at all. I want to be able to re list if I receive no payment. When you push pay it now they should be ready to pay it NOW. Am I correct? Thanks for help.

"Buy it now feature"
Does anyone know when Buy it now" feature will start working? I have been unable to list for two days now. I set my listings at "buy it now" option and when I go to post it tells me I have to choose "buy it now button for validation which is already done and it does not let me passed this. It is so fustrating because some of my listings have ended and I wanted repost them into Ebay. Someone please tell me when this bug is getting fixed!!!

buy it now is invalid
Hi, I am getting the Buy it now is invalid when I am trying to sell a fixed priced item using buy it now" at 0.99 but if I use 1.00 it accepts it. what I have been doing is list it at 1.00 then go to eBay and change the fixed price to 0.99 using revise item listing. Does anyone know why it is doing that and not leting me use 0.99 with Auctiva? Thanks and GOD bless.
