Image appending problems in Firefox
Hello everybody. I've put this problem privately to the Auctiva staff. Image Help Someone. Can't get Auctiva support to Respond.
I use auctiva image hosting and am able to put the url in the body of my listing and have no problem. Image HTML in my description will not show.
I have no problem in uploading images the normal way. As a matter of fact, I cull the smaller, insignificant photos that I know I won't use before the upload process begins, just in the interest of saving space. Occasionally, I bring in some HTML from a separate editor which may have some pictures embedded in the HTML. Hi can anyone help. I have 30 listing to sort for 9pm tonight GMT time. And when I try and attch a photo to my lsiting the box that pops up is all white and it wont load, even though it says it is loading. This is the same with the item spec and catoragy links. Any suggestions of what to do? Thanks

Image Management Improvements
It would be great if you could switch to a thumbnail view of all images (as when selecting images for a listing) so you could then move them between folder, delete duplicates etc. Also when uploading, it would be helpful if images with the same name were detected and the user was presented with a dialog box to either overwrite if newer, overwrite all, ignore all duplicates. Image not showing in Auctiva template on Ebay
I uploaded an animated gif when I created a new listing in Auctiva, but it is not showing up in my Auctiva template. It was also not showing up in the Ebay listing. It just shows a white box. I then revised my auction through Ebay by removing the image and then hosting it through my website. Since I choose to upload my image from my computer for each auction is there anyway to disengage the section that loads up your image database from Auctiva? I could save a lot of time so I wouldn't have to wait for those images to load especially since I don't use that feature Also what happens if I clck the box that says Hide Images from Active Listings? Image Uploading Popup warning - very annoying.
For the last month or two, every time I upload photos, I get a popup warning box that reads: "This application contains a potentially unsafe combination of both signed and unsigned components. Hi - I have tried to edit my Auctiva listing numerous times trying to get the gallery pictures to show up on eBay by always making sure the enable check mark box is checked. I am trying to add images stored on auctiva(as per normal) but when I click on the add images boxes it takes me straight to the page to upload from the computer then if I try to add images in the header or gallery box it takes me to my saved images! Images Not attatching to ebay listings?? Anybody else??
Everything looks fine when I upload my listing. Says it has been successfully listed to ebay, and then when I check my ebay I have half of my pictures and they are not in any random order.. Out of 6 pictures I might have picture 1 5 & 6 and the others have a tiny red box with an X in it.. with nothing there. Is this only temporary or are these pics just not going to load?? Is anyone elses "image one" not working as a link?
When I try to click on the "image one" box it does not work as a link. I have to click on "image two" box and then choose my image for my listing. However, when it uploads it then goes into image one. Irritating and strange, but at least it still loads my image.

Is it free to list in auction style under 99p using Auctiva?
Hi I'm new to Auctiva and am about to schedule my first ever listings. I noticed ebay now have free insertion fees for auction style starting at 99p or less. But when I finish my auctiva listing I check the estimated ebay fees and it is still saying 10p. Do I pay this 10p or is it free? (It may just be that Auctiva haven't updated this box yet, I don't know). Many thanks

Is It Possible To Make A Master Profile The Default?
I used to have just one Master listing. When I opened a new listing it automatically plugged in. I have since added a new one, and deleted the old one. Still only have one Master listing. But, it does not automatically plug in, and I have to choose it .... every single time. My problem is ... I sometimes create a new listing, and don't notice that I forgot to choose Master List 1, and then I have to re-do it, because plugging it in after I have put a description & photo's erases it all.

Is It Possible To Use Cyrillic / Russian Letters In Description

Everytime I go to Amazon I get a pop up box saying." How to remove multi-variation from a listing
What is the easiest way to remove a multi-variation. Say I originally had 5. I am down to one color/size left and when relisting do not want multi on there at all. Just a regular listing. How do we remove everything in variation box. I tried remove button clicked it for each variation I had and at bottom where you put in picture you want *whether it be size, color, etc., put in in blank. But still wants to show. How to revise pictures on active listing
I've read the Auctiva Revise instructions, however, if I go into an active listing, check the box next to the active listing I'm wanting to delete a picture & replace it & add to the description and click onto bulk revise (I only have 1 that I want to revise). Am I missing the feature in the Auctiva listings that prohibits non paypal members from bidding on your items? Best offer button disapearing after selecting a category
If i select a saved listing that had used the best offer button it is not there. If i start a new listing and click fixed pricing the best offer box is there, but then after i select the category it disapears. Anyone else having this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ray

Beware - Image duplicates - Image titles gone- images out of order
This isn't funny. I have had 25 instances of one Lion image and after deleting 24 - more showed up! The titles of every one of my images (noit just the duplicates) has changes to the number of the original number in the original address. The long url in the box that is supposed to be the url is different. Duplicates all have same title number but that's all they have in common. sheesh Deep Breaths and Count to Ten People ! There may be problems here on Auctiva but SO WHAT !? How soon we all forget why we use Auctiva... It's FREE & it's saves us at least $1.25 a listing. Do the math people...if you are listing at least 100 auctions a month (which isn't many listings to most of us) you are saving at least $125 A MONTH ! bug report - description box in 'create a listing'
wasnt sure where to report this, so putting it here. I have my preferences set to default to HTML editor. When I create a listing, the box I get for item description is the text mode input box (with formatting buttons, etc) and the link above it says "Switch to: Text mode". If I click for it to switch to text mode, I then get the proper HTML mode box.
