Help, the pop-ups are off to the right
Hello, Just wrote out the ads for my first listings with Auctiva and ran into a few glitches - probably my computer rather than your program. All the popup boxes such as "select image" and "template" show up on the bottom right of my screen and I cannot move them to access the images or the template selection. On the image situation, I chose the "upload" choice and uploaded from my computer rather that the Auctiva folder that I had previously uploaded the images to....error message...

Hi, I have auctiva set to leave feedback for me. It's been several days, but not a single feedback has been left and I have plenty that need to be done. How do I get this thing going? 35mb image upload limit is dated
With all due respect, the 35mb limit on uploading images seems a bit dated. I see a forum message from 2009 that refers to the limit. Isn't it time to bump it up, maybe to 100mb or more? If there is a valid reason to have such a limit, I am certain it could be dealt with programmatically. In other words, have the program break the batch into 35mb batches and handle them with condition checking, pausing or whatever is necessary between the smaller batches. ftp connection to domain
Hi, I am very new to Auctiva. I purchased a domain name from Auctiva and have tried 2 ftp programs but still can't connect to my domain name with either of them. The first was Ipswitch ftp and the second was SmartFTP. When using Ipswitch the error comes back as can not connect. With SmartFTP the tiny magnifying glass just goes round in a circle and nothing happens. I know I am missing something but just don't know what. File size, slooow load times and big drop in sales
I have noticed since using auctiva that my sales have fallen about 50%. My previous auction listing tool had an image compression feature, but of coarse it wasn't a free site like auctiva. I have figured out how to compress images before loading them using a program I got from cnet.com. I have looked and just can not find this information. Maybe I am just over looking it. I dont know if any of you are use to using turbo lister. Ebay DOES allow Paypal on Adult Auctions
I have been trying to list an adult auction including Paypal as a payment method. I know that for a long time Ebay didn't allow Paypal as a payment method on an adult auction. I noticed suddenly they DO allow Paypal as a payment method. There are tons of adult auctions now showing as "buy it now" or accepting Paypal. Auctiva, you need to update your program. Does Auctiva synchronize auction listing changes with ebay?
I was formerly used Turbo Lister to create and manage my listings on ebay. With that program, if you made revisions to your listing in either Turbo Lister or ebay, you could syncrhonize the listings, i.e. the changes made in one location can be reflected back to the other. It's a simple rule of the marketplace that (quality being equal) as long as a product is priced below what the market will bring, the demand will go up, the supply will vanish. Hi, I have a custom Template that I am trying to do and I do not know html etc. it is a template I use on ebay from someone and I would like to continue to use the templates. I just registered my copy of "Auction Decorator" which is a Windows program to create eBay auction templates. Just type and format your text, decorate it your own way and the program writes the code and puts it in the clipboard for you. Please help me. I have over 100 images that are 338 X 508 and I need to make them all square! I normally use easy thumbnail to change the size of my images BUT this is a little different and I can't get that program to do what I want done.
