CLICKED AND LOST ALL IMAGES
I sent two messages to "Help" last evening....yes, I made sure I submitted it them Neither of them have shown up in my eMail or on my list of help requests so I really need help here. Clinic trashing Auctiva on PP discussion board
Anyone that has some time and really likes Auctiva should stop in on the PP discussion board and let people know. Cliniclady and her band of trolls are now bashing auctiva by way by way of insisting they harvest emails etc. Attempting to scare off users.

Is Auctiva 1 hour behind AEST - all my listing have been going up an hour later, if I set for 8pm will list 9pm??? I know eBay had problems with their clocks Any advice - or how can this be corrected Cheers

Clocks turned back in UK
Hi Auctiva Did you know the clocks were turned back 1 hour in the UK at the end of October? My listings have been popping up an hour early in the last couple of weeks as you haven't altered your GMT. Despite the problems others seem to be having everything else is fine! Thank you. Simon

Closed / Active Listings having items moved to the Imported Folder
Hi all well in case this is affecting anyone else I thought I would post it as well On 1/2/2012 (Happy New Year) my Closed listings started appearing in the Imported Folder. I was good little boy and submitted a support case. So far I have gotten "no one else has reported this" As I told them I don';t care it is happening I than did some more research for them and found that most of my Active Listings also think they should be in the Imported Folder. Closed And Deleted Listings Keep Appearing
Why is it that sometimes days later the listings that have ended/closed and I have deleted from Auctiva's closed auctions list keep reappearing in the closed Auctiva listing section? I am tired of re-deleting the same auctions from this list. Can't I delete them once and for all from this section?

Closed Auction Stats Not Working
The Auctiva test auction I had been running this week has closed. It is not showing under my closed listing tab. I was only running one auction and did not set up any specific folders etc... In fact, I did not touch anything at all. I simply launched one auction. Will the mod who fixed my update error the other day please assist me with this or can someone clue me in as to why it does not show as it should? Thank you

Closed Auction Style converted to Fixed Price failed to post
Yesterday I converted 54 Auction style listings to Fixed Price. I noticed that when they were in the scheduled listings folder (prior to them posting) they still showed as auction style even though the system accepted 30 day duration. Auctiva accepted the 30 day duration because when I was scheduling I converted them to fixed. All 54 failed. Anybody else or is it just me?

This is probably a dumb question BUT, whenever I have an auction end on Ebay and there were bids, what category does that listing end up in on Auctiva? I cannot find it under closed listings or saved listings. It just disappears.In other words, I cannot relist it because the listing is gone. I have many listings that did not sell but I cannot relist them because I CAN'T FIND THEM! Any help would be appreciated.

closed auctions not showing up
I have 100's of auctions that closed sat-monday and only some are showing up in closed. I use the filter for 'unsold' , check them off and hit relist. now cannot do that. I've cleared cookies/history, everything. I called auctiva they 'reloaded' my closed listings. still not showing up . help! I've had to go find the saved listings one at a time to relist.. getting the unsold list from ebay. what to do?

Closed Auctions Suggestion
I really need to get rid of all of those closed auctions with Auctiva...huge amount. I know, I know, I should've been keeping up with this daily...but I haven't. It would be great if you could implement a delete all on each page. That way I don't have to check each and everyone individually. Closed Ebay Store but listing still showing.
I have closed my ebay store about 12 hours ago and yet those listings are still showing in my other auctions. I would like to know how I can update this so that it only show the auctions and doesn't show my old store itms in the scrollong banner. Closed item problems,relisting issues,changes coming?
I use blackthorne also but would like to downgrade it to the cheaper monthly fee and use auctiva to do all my relisting but running into a few problems 1. Everytime I delete the closed items I dont need then show back up later on,sometimes items show up from weeks ago or months ago. I had just 12 items in there a little while ago(ones I was going to try relisting on) now when I go in a couple of hours later there are 30 or so again,3rd time I have deleted them but they keep coming back 2.

Closed items still showing as active.
Not the way I expected our year to begin, and definately not impressed. Ended all our items on the 31st, yet a couple items are still showing as being active 3 days later. Have sent customer support who passed it to tech for review. How much longer can this possibly take??

It has now been 24 hours since I ended a listing on eBay, but it is still showing as Active in Auctiva. What has been the experience of others on ended listings? I don't guess it is no big deal, but if I want to re-list from Auctiva it makes it a little awkward to do so.

Closed listing in active file-can't purchase insurance Emergency
I asked this question last night--similar anyway, no response. I want to purchase insurance for an item, but it hasn't shown up on my transactions page. It was paid on 2/12. Looked this morning, and the listing is still in my active file (through Auctiva)! What's up with that Auctiva? I wanted to give you some business for all you've done for your customers, but it looks like I'll have to purchase insurance throught the post office. I need to ship this morning, so if I don't get an answer...

closed listing not coming across
hi since the 14th april i have had no closed unsold items imort to my closed file in my auctiva acount sold ones seam to come across is there a way i could pull them across form a certain date as i want to send them to the ecommerce storee i have set up ( they were coming across ok on the 13th up untill 23.59 UK time then stoped when it got to 00:00 i now have 250 listing i need to get accross some how ) any ideas would be greatfull many thanks phil ps the ebay token seams to be vaild

I have let many listings that never sold stay closed to list again at a later time and now in ebay they are no longer there. I wanted to copy the descriptions for a new listing as many details have changed. Is there a way to find closed listngs descriptions only or how long to they stay available for my knowledge? Closed Listings How long are they saved in there?
In my closed listings. It often confuses me to see duplicates unless I delete. Will deleting duplicate closed listings be my only way of not seeing so many duplicates in my Closed Listings?Will that ever change, where Auctiva will automatically delete OLD closed listings? Say for example after 30 days or if we relist that would delete the old listing out and would not show so many duplicates? Thanks, Debra

CLOSED Listings - improvements needed to be useful
Closed listings is a great - fairly new option. Here is some suggestions for improving it so that it is useful to us sellers. #1 - be able to schedule the relist --- currently the only option is relist now. I can do that directly on ebay if I wanted so it's not a benefit to me UNLESS I can schedule them. I like to schedule my relist all for the same day. That way I know that anything that closed on that day is a relist and won't qualify for credit if sold. I schedule all my relist for one...

Why does the Auctiva store show closed listings? Some are from Feb 26th? No time to look further. Is it possible to reroute the "Click here to browse all my Ebay items" to Ebay until this area is improved? That way customers could actually see the items we have for sale. When you go there now there are also closed items and items with "no picture available". Thanks rlw

Oh, I know I should know this. But I honestly don't pay that much attention to the scrolling window. I put enough links in my listing--I hope buyers get to my store. But I was wondering, how long does it take for a closed listing to get removed from the window?? And how many images/listings is it supposed to scroll? Closed listings issues continue
Not all ended listings on eBay are being updated to the closed listings on Auctiva or are being updated with a huge delay. Some may come over and others don't.....and the funny thing is they all ended the same time. This is causing issues relisting. We are in the final hours of a listing promotion.

PLEASE Help! I have a listing that closed yesterday morning that I was prepared to re-list today, (some of the items had sold) and the Closed listing is nowhere to be found! Hi, I allowed all my ebay store listings to "close" so I could relist thru Auctiva. I have several categories so it was going to be easier for me to find and relist items from one category at a time. This worked for the first category I tried out. Now I can't get any more listings to show up to be imported for revising/relisting. I have over 200 listings remaining to relist in my store. Hmm... Maybe I'm not understanding something here... I create my listings with Auctiva... They then become Saved Listings or Scheduled Listings... Then they go to Active Listings...and finally to Closed Listings. What I'm wondering is what would be the purpose of Importing Saved Listings that I used Auctiva to post? I mean, wouldn't I just end up with 2 of each listing at that point then? One that I Saved/Scheduled...and one that is now closed... What's the whole purpose of having a Closed...

Closed Unsold Items can't open to edit and relist. Ugh
I am trying to relist several items that did not sell. When I click onto edit/relist, it brings up a blank page as if I was starting all over again trying to list an item. Clothing Condition changed by eBay
I just relisted an item through ebay. Clothing now offers new, new with tags, or pre-owned. Auctiva is not showing that change. ebay also updated item specific options for jeans, these changes are also not showing up in auctiva. Does anyone know anything about these changes and/or when Auctiva will be offering the correct choices? Kim

clothing "template" to match ebay new format
Ebay has somewhat changed their clothing listings to allow to enter COLOR (along with size / type) ect. Auctiva does not give this option, so where is some incompatibility when a listing created here transfers to ebay. Is there a way to remedy this ???? thanks - kim

Code and scrolling gallery
When I make ads, I prefer to use an offline tool, Kompozer because I am stuck with dial-up internet service. I have copied and pasted the scrolling gallery html code into my "template." When I upload to eBay and click preview, everyhting seems to be fine. When I check back later, sometimes the scrolling gallery is there, sometimes it is not. Is there an easier way to be doing this? Will Auctiva automatically add scrolling gallery to my ads if I do not put the code in? Any other suggestions?

code numbers in listing showing different on iphone than preview or pc
I KNOW this has been addressed somewhere...but can't locate it...so here I go. I have quite a few items listed that I happened to check. In preview they look great. In ebay on PC they are fine....but when I view them on iphone the numbers at bottom are showing up in blue. This is happening on quite a few of my listings. Coffee and Auction Count Fiasco !!
many people go to the auction counts charts at PSU to see whats going on in the online auction industry... this is somewhat a good yardstick and one then can make the correct plan.. I use to only go to PSU to see just the auction count chart.....many will go to find the 2nd best chance to get a competitor to ebay... many will use the auction count chart and then go with the 2nd... it is more reasonable to help build the 2nd then any other one usually....all we need is 1 competitor to ebay in...
