Community:Two newbie questions!
1. Can you only be logged onto Auctiva Community with one browser at a time? I ask because I like to have one open for working with images, and drag and drop likes/uses IE, but I like to read here and do other stuff with FF. 2. Compatibility issues uploading with Firefox?
I have been having issues uploading images using the Auctiva Uploader on Firefox (latest 3.5.2). When I open the uploader page, it doesn't finish loading all the way (yet the page is finished loading) and I can't add images. When I switch over to Safari, I am able to upload without any issues. Is anyone else having issues uploading with Firefox? I'm wondering if it's an incompatibility between Firefox and/or Auctiva and Java. Any suggestions would be totally helpful. Safari isn't my browser...

Complaint Auctiva fails to warn us of known errors
I submitted a warning the other day about how if you try to delete a subtitle when relisting (even when you preview it shows subtitle has been removed) that Auctiva fails to delete subtitle during relist & you are charged eBay fee. I just heard from support & found out this was a known problem. I'm just venting & wondering how many others have received support responses saying something to the effect "we are aware of this problem & working to fix." This is really upsetting.

completed listings do not show up

Completed Listings Missing
Anyone know where all my closed listings would have gone? I sold quite a bit on eBay via my Auctiva account (Under: ClothedinGlory) and my Completed Listings folder is empty. As are most of my saved listings. I emailed tech support but thought someone on this forum might know. I certainly hope they don't delete them. Plus, I had listings I had written but not yet posted...can't find them either. Weird.

I have created and edited several times a shipping profile that indicates that I will ship worldwide. I also select the radio button under International for Calculated shipping. After I save the profile and then open it again, it has reverted to Will Not Ship International. I've been using variations now since our friends at eBay have changed the playing field yet again, and my friends here at Auctiva have provided me with ammunition.... Over the past few weeks, I've been using the variant "condition" to list my clothing (some NWT, some NWOT.) I want to use Auctiva Insurance, but I confuse about it. I'm eBay seller in Thailand. If I sell itme value $500, and sent this item by register airmail by Thailand Post. Confused About Image Borders Issue
I'm posting tonight (slowly as usual) and noticed the images are posting without borders. In my account preferences I have "Image Borders" enabled under "Image Management". When I spot checked a few other listing it seems all the borders are gone. From another discussion in this forum it seems that an Auctiva representative mentioned that the border would only be removed from header images, which is not the case with my listings, and that it wouldn't be implemented until later in the year.

Confused about which items are relisted
I like relisting my items myself. However, I find it very difficult to figure out which ones are relisted and which need relisting. I have to have 2 windows open and go back and forth from ebay to auctiva. Some items I have relisted aren't showing up as relsited. There has got to be an easier way. This is my first time using Auctiva and I just tried my fist listing. In the box where you put the HTML, my images dont show up. But if I click on the "Preview" button, the images are there. can't get this sorted. i though turbo-lister was a mess, but this!! on the surface it looks good, but actually there are so many links that i am going round in circles and getting nowhere. I have also saved information on the template and cannot find how to amend it. Confusion re: How to list as Buy it Now without auction format?
Apologies if this is a dumb question, but I tried to list using BIN option for 1st time yesterday and it seems that in Auctiva you still have to have the auction start price format as well as the BIN price. I only want to display the BIN, not have bids as well. Is this not possible when listing via Auctiva? Any help in how to achieve this would be most appreciated, Thanks.

Connection Interrupred constantly
I am constantly getting connection interrupted while trying to get into Auctiva. Any one else having same problems? WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH AUCTIVA LATELY? Connection problem
I recently started using Auctiva for my ebay listings and had no problems getting my listings posted. However when I now access ebay , my internet connection is lost when I try to exit - this did not happen prior to Auctiva being used. To fix the problem I have to reboot my PC and also my wireless router. If there is no known answer to this, how do I unsubscribe from Auctiva so I am able to use ebay as normal.

Considering Auctiva - what are the archive capabilities?
Hi. In a nutshell: I need a tool that will allow me to archive eBay listings longer than the 90 days eBay allows. Consignor Payout Report NOT working
The only reason I need Auctiva software is to keep track of consignors and to create accurate payout Reports in a timely manner. I reported a problem with Payout Report months ago and it is still not fixed. Auctiva does NOT follow my fee schedule and continues to add in eBay Listing fees which it should not do (I charge a flat % rate and do not add in any eBay fees). Constant 'LOG IN' required..........why???

Hi Auctiva guys & gals! OK you've seen this post a million times, we all have. My suggestion....SOMEHOW let the user stay signed in until they sign out! This site has been a real blessing for me, but when I lose all my work it's a real...well, something else! I'm pretty much computer illiterate, but it seems there HAS to be a way to let a user stay signed in for, say, 24 hours? Or until browser is closed?
