Loss of PASTE function
This is a strange one - over the last couple of days I seem to have lost the ability to PASTE items. The Menu option is greyed out on all software and the CTRL/V doesn't work either. The COPY function is fine. I have checked for viruses etc (as much as one can) and I have uninstalled the only program that I have installed in the last few days. Managing my Images
Hi, Can someone tell me the answer to this question and what I should be doing to prevent it? When I go into my MANAGE IMAGES section, I am seeing all my pictures plus all sections of templates that I am using or have used. I cannot seem to get organized with this image management. Item Specifics not correlating w/eBay in Girls Clothing
When I'm creating my listings in the Girls Clothing category I only get the option for used or preowned. When it gets listed eBay has arbitrarily assigned things like size, product type, brand, etc. which do not match anything about the item. I have to manually revise each one on eBay. Are there any benefits to using the desktop program Mr. Poster to list with versus the Auctiva web listing service? Does using Mr. Poster integrate the listings with Auctiva the same as with using the web based service when listing items to ebay? Much needed enhancement
I've mentioned this before but here goes again. I make a lot of sales by email from customers who see my fabrics and email to ask about others. I find it convienient to enter these sales into ebud and keep track of them just like my auctions. I accomplish this by using a data card from a no sale auction that is over 14 days old. Multi order shipping tool
Has or does anyone use pay pal multi order shipping tool? I have tried this tool 3 or 4 times and it is the most user unfriendly program I have ever used. Won't import all of the listings.etc. I had 7 lables to create I changed the ship from zip and program changed the weights on all the orders. Before I could stop it lables were paid for. Now I have 94.00 tied up in voided lables waiting to get reimbursed. This may come as a shock, but support was useless.

Not all pictures showing up on new auctions

New to Auctiva / cost of item sold
I,m new to Auctiva and I get 99% of the thing I sell on Ebay at Estate Auctions so it's not like I list the same goods over and over or keep an inventory of several dozen of the same items ... so I really can't set up in the inventory section of the software but is there anyway or anywhere to put cost of item sold so I can see if I lost or made money on a item ??? I have not listed anything though Auctiva as of yet. When I signed on my UNSOLD items were imported. I used another hosting site,so their logo,and template,etc.. are in the auction. My Profiles are TOTALLY Screwed Up!
Thanks for the latest improvements! My existing ID templates now have an additional carriage return in many places and when I try and remove it I lose the ability to use the carriage return between description lines. Is this really worth the hassle?
Over the past two weeks I have logged about a dozen requests to support for a variety of problems. None of which have been corrected or appropriately addressed. This leads me to wonder if the benefit of a free service is really worthwhile? So far I have logged complaints about the text editor messing up listings when they are previewed. Listing and site maintenance - BOO!
I have a gripe. Seems to me that Auctiva could automatically save those individuals "listings in the making" when they do their site maintenance. I don't think it would be too much to ask to write a program that will send these to the draft or saved folder so that we don't lose everything. First customer to sign up for the MyStoreRewards deal. I go to set up the first refund and I am informed that Paypal is going to charge me a fee to give someone money back? I am a small time seller - and Paypal already charged me to receive this person's entire payment and then they're going to charge me again to give part of it back by enrolling in their "Mass Payment" program? suggestion for refresh settings
Hi - This one shouldn't be to hard to add - a check box in refresh settings to make eBud refresh one time when the program starts. I got a weird email in my spam folder, it says it is from ebay keywords, only thing is I haven't signed up for keywords. I'm not sure if it is real spam, since gmail does a good job of telling the difference, but I'm a bit miffed. If it is ebay, it upsets me that if I go visit a page on their site they are watching and sending me unsolicted email? Although I don't remember visting the keyword page, at all.

Still Need Info on Useful website traffic generators
Hi, I am building my website and am looking into the various programs out there to get traffic to your website. It all sounds like a bunch of bull to me. If you have used something that has worked or failed miserably, please let me know. Has anyone tried any of these programs or software that actually has worked. Site Update November 7, 2012
We completed a site update today and here is a brief overview of the major issues that were addressed: We added support for eBay's new optional Item Condition Note field on our lister, but unfortunately that had to be rolled back due an issue with the feature on eBay. It should be available again early next week on the lister. Added support for a Restocking Fee that is part of eBays new Managed Returns Center. Slow loading pages??
I am trying to create listings today and each page is loading so slowly and then when I finally get one done and preview it has moved paragraphs around, changed fonts and colours! Shipping Insurance and Bullion Coins
Does Auctiva's Insurance program exclude bullion content coins, such as Canadian Maple Leaf 9999 fineness high purity gold and silver coins? If there are exclusions for insurance on bullion, could someone please clarify what types of bullion are excluded, as jewelry and coins are often of high purity fineness and could be classified as bullion in content. I guess this is the place to post this, haven't found it discussed anywhere else. I always enclose a Packing List, or, Shipping Invoice with every shipment. Showcase Improvement Needed - COMPLETE AUCTION TITLES!
I guess it never registered before even though I think I'd seen it, but the showcase gallery cuts off every single auction title and they end in ". . . ." Every single one. Switched to Firefox, no store window!
Ok, I switched to Firefox and am loving it, but there's no store window on any of my auctions now. Not even the ones I put on last week. I clicked on the square at the bottom with the colored dots in it and it took me to a download of Flash Player for Firefox, Opera, etc. so I did thinking that was the problem, but nothing still. Template for artwork?
I am an artist who is listing my art for the first time on ebay. I have noticed some ebayers have used a picture of a sofa with their artwork above and have changed the wall color several times in the same auction, to show how the art will look with different color schemes.
