Hi, I am new to Auctiva! Looking forward to meeting you all. And to getting my listings done faster. Selected it because I have lots and lots of mini stuff to list and I want to speed things along. I added and revised my categories on ebay the day after I started Auctiva. Auctiva imported all of my categories, but not the new ones I created or edited the following day. imported items from turbo or not?
I noticed a couple weeks ago that everything I listed with turbo lister, showed up on my auctiva store window, which I loved, but have had items listed this week and NO store window is showing up. I'm wondering if I need to and HOW to renew some "token" that I read about. Imported Listing time to Saved listings
Can someone tell me how long it takes to take a listing(s) out of the "closed" listings and import it(them) over to "Saved listings" so I can "list" them again if I want? I relisted all listings on eBay's .10 listing day, 12/27, through the Vendio service I was used to. They always show which items are eligible for eBay Free Relist Policy if sold second time around. I am trying to find and am not finding any information on importing my current listings to the Auctiva site. Is this even possible, or to import from Turbo Lister 2? Before I continue anything with Auctiva this is very important to me as I will not redo 600+ active listings and continue on with Turbo Lister if that is the case. I hope I'm posting this in the right forum. Is there some way to import a listing that is not showing on the marquee images banner/showcase thingie? eBay has only one item (#160153789484) showing in my Seller's list, but it is not included in the Auctiva marquee at the bottom of the page. When you import your listings from Ebay using the token, and it imports all your listings with images, if you have say 4 GB of images, do you automatically end up in the plan to pay for the additional 2 GB over the pro plan?

I have just over 700 current listings on ebay UK, both fixed price and store - how long will it take to import them? Do I have to do anything else? i've been a long time customer of ChannelAdvisor; however, they are changing their pricing policy and so i'm thinking of switching to Auctiva. my decision to use auctiva is dependent upon whether or not i can import all of my listings to auctiva. i have over 400 listings in my eBay store and auctions, is there a way to import all of the listings to auctiva? i tried to import some but only 5 listings appeared. thank you for your attention to this matter, kim

Importing listings not working!!
Hi, From the "closed" listings, I selected some of the listings that I want and clicked on "import listings". However, when I go "saved listings", nothing appears there. i'm new to auctiva...so bear with me when i joined, all the auctions that were active in my ebay were imported into auctiva, so they all have the showcase. Importing Re-Listed Auctions, made directly in eBay, to Auctiva?
Since it was much easier for me, I re-listed a bunch of closed auctions directly through eBay's "re-list" tool and not Auctiva. Although, the listings were originally created through Auctiva. Does Auctiva automatically import those listings to the site or is there something that I have to do first? I haven't seen my listings show up in Auctiva or my Store Window, as of yet. I believe Auctiva does pull the auctions from eBay, but just want to make sure. Thanks in advance! Jack

I've been on Auctiva for about a week now and only a small portion of my store listings seem to have been imported. Most of my store items are duplicates of my auction items. (I sell textbooks and people can do a BIN for a book in my store instead of having to wait for the auction to close.) If I relist through auctiva, does it qualify for a refund on listing fee if sold?
If I relist through Auctiva, and my item sells, does it qualify for the refund of initial listing fees that I would qualify through ebay? How to synchronise listings with eBay?
I'm relatively new to Auctiva - although I signed up some months ago I haven't listed much due to recent ill health, so I am still very much a newbie. I did successfully import my active listings from eBay when I first joined, and added a few new ones using the Auctiva system. One of those was ended a few weeks ago due to being out of stock - now today I have relisted it using "relist" directly on eBay. All fine, except that it is not showing now as an active listing in my Auctiva account.

Auctiva Scrolling Gallery
Hello. I have some questions about the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery. Basically, I am trying to import my active listings on eBay into the scrolling gallery. But I created all the listings before I signed up for Auctiva (except for one, which is in my Auctiva account right now), so will this affect the listings being shown in the scrolling gallery? Auctiva customer service???
Over the past few weeks, our email import has not been working. At times we were unable to send out store emails to customers so Auctiva was manually sending them for us while the techs work on a solution. Auctiva has created several new import lists in an attempt to resolve the issue that has been going on before black friday (NOv. 25th) however, when I send emails, I'm getting hate mail from customers who have previously opted out from receiving our emails...here are a few from today...

Automatic Update Not Working
I can not post through you because I need digital delivery information in my acutions, so I rely on automatic import from eBay. Nothing I have posted to eBay the past few days has been imported and the store window is not showing up in these auctions. I only have the store window in the one acution that I posted with you. Backing up saved listing & other history
I have not yet found in Auctiva an option to import/export our info to our computer, like excel or something. My internet went out today and I had to quit working. It would be nice to be able to keep working offline. I also do not 100% trust storing my info on other servers and whatever just because if that one place crashes, then all my long, hard work is gone. So, it would be nice to have these backup features.

Auctiva store window STILL not working correctly after 4 DAYS!
My store window is failing to import my ebay listings and update when I add new feautured items. It is VERY fustrating! Has anyone had similar problems and/or knows how to fix it? I plan to use auctiva exclusively for it's integration with auth.net. I like the layout and the format and everything, but the lack of an online bulk listing turns me off.
