Can I disable keyboard shortcuts when creating a listing (screen jumps around)
Please forgive a newbie if I don't know the correct terms for my problem, but I'll try to describe it carefully. I'm creating a listing. If I use the normal listing screen, the keyboard shortcuts cause the screen to jump all over (and make me crazy). I tried using the full size screen to write the listing and it works fine with no jumping. However, after I click Save and return to the regular listing screen, my browser freezes up. Can I do this with pictures and my profile?
I normally use 3 pictures in every auction. Picture 2 and 3 stay the same, but picture 1 is the one that changes. I cant figure out a way to save picture 2 and 3 in my profile so all I have to do when creating an ad is select pic 1. can this be done??

Can I find this and if not when are you going to fix it?
It seems that when listing an item and if I make an error and I hit post and save it comes back up with the error message at the top. This is a nice little reminder and it keeps all of the fields intact except for the main one ... item description. This comes back blank so I have to spend more time filling all the information in for that item AGAIN. Can I print Auctiva's templates out?
Hi I was just wondering if I could print Auctiva's templates out, and if so, how do I do it? Because whilst searching for a suitable template for my listing I will come across a nice template, but it's not suitable for that current listing, and I thought if I could print it out and name it, it will save me searching when doing future listings. Can I save to my folders yet?
Sometimes my listings are there, sometimes they're not. It's like hide & seek, lol. If I save right now, I can't tell if they're actually there, since my saved listings aren't showing. When will they be back for good?

Can I strip IF Template from my Saved Listings?
Good Morning, I have re-joined Auctiva from IF. I was able to import listings from e-bay and save them. Is there a way to strip out the IF template from my saved listings to re-list with Auctiva? I am able to put in an Auctiva template but it just surrounds the IF one. Thanks in advance

Can I use templates in my own store too?
Can I use the same template in my other store also? I'd like to have my ebay and own store match for branding purposes. I thought the 'get html' would let me do that, but nothing happens. Can not list fixed priced items under $1.00 anymore
Hello, I use to list many of my items as fixed price with $0.99 price. Now when I try to do that I get a red message at the top when I try to save that says "Buy It Now Price" If I up it to $1.00 or higher it is fine. Can someone help me fix this? Thanks

When I try to list more that 1 in the quantity I get this message. Why? They are not selling together. Or be shipped together unless the buyers goes back out and buys the second item when it lists. Ad did not save for the following reason: * Additional cost for shipping options is required when quantity is more than one.

i am located in the UK but mainly list on the U.S site,when i create my listings thru auctiva i have encountered a problem with shipping costs,heres what happens.... i set my U.S flat rate shipping at $5.... no problem here then i set the europe rate at $4 on other int'l shipping and finally the uk on $3 standard rate shipping then when i check my listing on ebay is says shipping to the uk $4 ??? now heres the weird part,if i revise through Ebay,but dont change anything and then save it then...

Can Anyone Help Me With My Custom Template?

charged twice for insurance
I just realized that I've been getting charged for insurance through Auctiva while I'm also paying for Insurance through USPS. I just now changed my setting to disable Auctiva insurance...but it royally sucks to just find out I'm getting billed for Auctiva Insurance when I'm also paying for USPS insurance. How to update shipping in saved ads???
I have about 100 saved ads that I want to change the shipping fee. I updated the shipping profile for those ads, but it had no effect on the saved ads, just new ones. Do I need to click on every saved ad and save the new shipping profile. ED

I can MOVE files,why cant I COPY them?
I have 2 folders folder 1 = 10 auctions all with 1 day Folder 2 = nothing right now I want to copy all 10 auction files from folder 1 into folder 2,then do a find and replace and bulk change to 7 days. Only way I can see to do it is to load each item in folder 1,opening 10 takes forever then change each to 7 days then do a save as into the new folder. I can not save custom templates.

I can't do anything for a day now...
I can't list, save, schedule, post, change a template or even estimate fees. Any clue auctiva when this will be resolved. I figured out it is a css problem Please help
When I try and save my template auctiva strips out the css that is associated with my graphic. I like the idea of the new bulk edit..BUT
I would like to see a bulk edit for shipping and insurance. Since the rate increase its taking me forever to change each auction/store item in auctiva one by one. I have to wait for each item to load up then change then save and wait till it saves. When I used turbolister I could highlight them all and change the shipping and it would be done in 10 seconds. A month after the rate increase and I am still trying to update them all. I didnt see this when I tried the bulk edit. Scott

I'm losing & redoing 3X copy, etc. info from SAVED listings!
I am getting tired of completely doing a listing, copy, shipping and marketing info, etc. CLICKING THE SAVE BUTTON, and when I go back to it a few minutes later, certain things that I knew were there are lost. This also happened with pictures too and had to reload them. What is happening here?

Insurance notification Suggestion
Hello Auctiva, I have a suggestion on the Insurance Email message to customers. I think you should just omit the insurance fee amount paid in the message. All the message needs to say is that "An Insurance has been purchased for $xxxx (however much the auction closing price is)" I think this is a good idea for two reasons 1) We don't really pay the amount customers pay for insurance, so there is no need to create an imopression that we are giving false information. 2) Auctiva's insurance is...

I choose calculated or flat rate under international shipping and go save. Bring up the same listing and the choice "will not ship internationaly" is picked!? I cant get anything to save under the international shipping option! Any ideas? Thanks

Internet Explorer keeps closing the program
Is anyone else having this problem? For the past week everytime I get on Auctiva, IE keeps randomly closing the program on me. If I've written my description but not saved it yet, I lose it. Auctiva used to save it for us, not sure why they stopped that feature. This is driving me mad!!

"Invalid Unit Price" Error Message
When I am trying to save my inventory item I get an "Invalid Unit Price" error message. My unit price is $84.00. I have tried entering 84.00, 84, $84.00 and even just 8.00 or 8, but nothing works. No matter what I enter I get this error message. I am using Firefox 3.0.1 to enter the data. I have also tried entering the data using Internet Explorer as well and get the same error message. Invalid ZIP Code?? I know my zip code! Can't list due to this error!
First I lost an hour this morning due to site down, now I've lost 45 minutes trying to list/save my FIRST item. My ZIP is in there (16001). I run error check and it tells me to enter a valid zip. I do. I save it. It removes it again! (OR it's in there correctly and it tells me it's invalid). I KNOW MY CORRECT ZIP and it's in the correct field. LOOKS LIKE AUCTIVA'S "maintenance" screwed things up again!
