auctiva problems
I've been using auctiva for about a week. And its been a frustrating week. Very slow, a ton of error messages and options that don't work. Is it me or is it Auctiva? And if it is, like I suspect, Auctiva, what are they doing to resolve these problems? I'll give them until the end of the month but if things don't improve, I'm gone. I'd rather pay a few dollars a month to get a system that responds than attempt to use a free system that doesn't work.

Auctiva Says Posting Error - NOT!
Ok, so I kept received an error from Auctiva when I tried to post to Ebay...so I revised the item several times. Now I find that it actually did post to Ebay several times and I am out the listing fees because I only had 1 of the item!! Frustrated to say the least

Auctiva Scheduled Listings Page
I, too, got the not posted API error next to some listings on the above page. I've since opened an Ebay store, and the listings have showed up there. Should I delete all of these listings from the page? Also, they are not showing up in my Auctiva Store Window, which is where I thought I was sending them to in the first place. Do I list with Auctiva the items I want to put in my Ebay store, and will they display in the Auctiva Store Window that is on my active auctions?

Auctiva Servers do not register in DNS - cannot reach them!
hi folks well, the auctiva problems continue. Seems that they are not being picked up properly - some of my machines can ping them, some cannot (different network in another state - i am on a big WAN). Auctiva Site Update Information (1/15/09)
Hi Community, We are going to be conducting an update of the Auctiva website beginning at about 9 AM PT this morning and you may see some technical issues, such as error messages when you try to view certain pages in your accounts, for a little bit while the update is in progress. Auctiva error in listing similar items
Last night, I listed a number of Xmas ornaments. Since they were the same manufacturer, I duplicated the listings except for the title, text and photos. Auctiva did not update the title in its Poinsettia template and retained the first one in the group of listings. I am keeping the listings up since the eBay title is correct and everything else is correct, but it is embarressing to have the Template incorrect.

Auctiva invoicing is like Terminator
I have disabled Auctiva checkout, but it won't seem to die- it is still sending invoices to auction winners. I use merchant card processing, but not with Authorize.net, so buyers just keep receiving error messages. It has become a total nightmare. I need to get this thing to stop. Auctiva is randomly listing items - duplicate items
I was doing some new listings. 3 to be exact and posted them to eBay and that was fine. While I was checking those 3 items on eBay for errors, Auctiva starts randomly posting 18 other items TWICE. That is 36 duplicate listings. Auctiva is WAY TOO SLOW!!!
Please Auctiva, get some more servers!! Your website loads way too slowly. It takes me forever to list anything, because the load times are so slow. And the images on my auctions load extremely slowly as well. I'm sure this is hurting my sales. It seems like you guys need to spring for a few more servers, including a testing server. Best offer disappeared and error message: memory 1193
Just had some strange things happening when adding new items in my list. The Best offer location is gone. It is a different template in that section than it was yesterday where the Start Price, Fixed Price are. I am also getting great delays when uploading pictures to my listing. It freezes my screen for about 2 minutes then brings up an error of memory 1193 or something. Has anyone else had problems?

Beware of the error when saving a new listing
My patience has wore pretty thin over the last few months with so many issues constantly. Anyway just wanted to warn anyone who sees the warning message when you click save listing. Make sure to hit the back button or else you will lose the whole listing and have to start over again. Nothing fires me up faster than working on a listing and have the site error out and have to start over again.

browser crashes when editing listing / create from similar
This is a problem that's been off and on (mostly on) for me for a week or so. When I try to edit a listing or Create from Similar from the Saved Listings page my browser (Firefox) crashes. It doesn't bring anything up, just goes blank and freezes up (all tabs). As far as I know this is a new problem although I never did much editing from Saved Listings until recently. Browser crashes when trying to create new listing.
Hello, I'm a new user here and this is the first time I've tried to create a new listing. Everytime I click on "New Listing" the browser encounters an error, locks-up and dies while trying to display the listing options on the screen. Bulk Deletion of Empty Image and Listing Folders
Wow -- it's almost September and this is the first 'Suggestion' of 2016! I have been selling on Auctiva on since it was totally free. When they started charging extra for images over 1 GB, I would periodically delete images whenever I approached the limit. Now I have a bunch of empty Images folders. Before deleting them, I would like to make sure they're empty. Currently, this is a tedious task that must be performed one folder at a time. A 'Delete All Empty Folders' option would be nice.

HI all,I am new to using Auctiva, I have put in all the correct information with my listings, but have gotten this message when I posted numerous items: API Warning Invalid store category ID, 10668175, since it is non-leaf. So item has been listed to the 'Other' store category I entered this into my store category for Herb Seeds A to K but it went into my ebay store category "other" how do I correct this error? Auction Snipper link in listing causes error
I use and like Auction Snipper, but when I add a link to it in my listing, my listing gets rejected. The error message does not indicate the problem and error check did not catch it. Does anyone know what the problem is? I can link to Auctiva, but not Auction Snipper. Tony

Auction Title - Number of characters allowed - Marketplace Allowances? When trying to use an existing eBay auction title an error comes - on checking HELP it says "The amount of characters available for your title is determined by the marketplace allowances". What does this mean? Why can't I use my existing title imported from eBay? Any help appreciated.

Auctiva API error with listing
So this is the first time using Auctiva for my auction listings and I have run into a problem. It seems as though I have an API error (whatever that may be) and Auctiva suggests that it is the use of Javascript applications of some sort. Now, I have added the PayPal logo html and have added some additional codes for <breaks>. But most importantly, this is my first time attempting to add CNET flash widget. I assume this is the culprit and if it is then I don't mind listin without it.

Auto-Relist Bug
I use Auto Relist on all my items. Occasionally , I find an error in a listing which requires me to take the item out of eBay and rework the listing before reposting it. Or I may wish to just remove an item from eBay completely. However, no matter what reason I use for taking down a listing, Auctiva immediately reposts it when auto relist in 'on'. I can finally load auctions again by hitting the back button every time I get server error and just trying again ....BUT the background/ template design in the auctions I just did IS MISSING and also missing from the ones I listed several days ago . Belgium deprived of using the scrolling gallery correctly!
On ebay.be the scrolling gallery only displays items, but when trying to "go to" the item page (regardless of the site where the item is listed)we get the error message "unable to display this page"! I get an error almost every time I list something from Auctiva saying, API, dropped item condition. Ok, well I ignore that most of the time, but then I started searching in eBay one day and noticed that I could really limit my search using the item specifics. Cool.
