Auctiva freezes while trying to "save as new"
Hey everyone....I have been using Auctiva and IE7 for months now and all of a sudden when I am trying to save a new listing, it freezes up and I have to go out and come back in and do the listing over again which takes double time, of course.....its not the photos because they upload very quickly and everything else seems to be working fine....ANY SUGGESTIONS??? thanks

Auctiva/IE stops responding at save after uploading photos
I've just begun using Auctiva this week in earnest. Thought I had the hang of it after successfully listing 2 items. However, on the 3rd item I'm attempting to list, it seems like every time after I upload photos it locks up Auctiva/IE XP SP2. I've tried a few different things after uploading photos: 1) clicking to select a template; new window popped up but no info ever appeared, and eventually it said "not responding," and when I do CTL ALT DEL and tell it to end program it also exits IE.

Beware of the error when saving a new listing
My patience has wore pretty thin over the last few months with so many issues constantly. Anyway just wanted to warn anyone who sees the warning message when you click save listing. Make sure to hit the back button or else you will lose the whole listing and have to start over again. Nothing fires me up faster than working on a listing and have the site error out and have to start over again.

Big 10 cent day and again Auctiva is Worthless
I've tried over 15 times to get my listing to just save and it just won't. I am selling books on ABE, Amazon etc under Art of Books. Have a website and also sell on EBay separate from AOB. It is onerous to keep track of everything on three different sites so I have decided to use Bookhound as inventory control over EBay, website, Amazon etc which AOB accepts. Bug: Location selection not what I saved when call up listing or profile for edit
I always select "I will enter the location" for my listings and shipping profiles. However, whenever I go back and edit either a listing or a profile, my choice has changed to "Identify city and state by zip code (entered above)" I can't tell if it is being saved incorrectly or loaded for edit incorrectly but I suspect it is being saved incorrectly because I saw another forum message from someone who had a similar problem posting to ebay. ATTENTION!!! HTML UPLOADER BACK ON LISTING PAGE!!!
Does the new image uploader give you trouble? Now you can CHOOSE which uploader to have as your default image uploader on your listing page! Go to My Account>Settings In the Preferences box, hit Account Settings Under Image Management, there is now a box to choose the HTML Uploader! click the box and remember to hit Save at the bottom.... I am just back from 3 months off ebay and auctiva. Wouldn't you know, my very first listing would have a complicated discription, I finished it and went to save remembering how many times I had to re type everything. Dang if you so and so's did not log me out before I could save. I am SO tired of crap like this, I sure I am not alone in saying make it work and we will pay for it.

Auto-Relist: Make it stop!!!!
I have a few items that were listed with the auto-relist feature enabled. At this point, I would like the items not to continue relisting. I've tried to modify and re-save the relist profile (used for these items) and I'm not able to save the changes. Automatically Insert Title in Description?
I've heard other sellers talk about the convenience of having Auctiva automatically insert their listing title in the top of their description. No matter what I try I can't get that to work. I don't use a template as I like to use the sell similar from saved listings of each type of item I sell but would want to place the auto-title at the top of my descriptions to save the step of copy and pasting it each time. how do I accomplish this? Background Image Won't Save
I am trying to create an item description profile. I've created the source in an HTML editor. I have a background image which is located in the Auctiva Image library which I refer to in the background image tag. Next I create a table with a white background. Been using Auctiva for about 1 week now and...
I actually LOVE it...I was not happy yesterday when everything was down but I plan on moving my whole business over here from turbolister, I have 6000 listings in turbolister now and it takes me time every night to list things, here I can schedule them, I get cool templates here instead of my ugly background I have now. Why do items save without generating error messages and then schedule without generating errors yet when time to post arrives they fail.. Not posted: API Error View Error: At least one domestic postage service must be specified when listing in the Victorian (1837-1901) category. What on earth is that all about? Applying updated seller profile to active listings

Are Image Edit problems due to server situation??
I have not been able to edit(crop) my images. The preview doesn't show up and if I try to save the image without previewing it , it 'error times out'. Is this some collateral problem due to the server issue? Any idea of time frame for fix? Thanks in Advance!! Jeff

Are the protected images really that protected?
G'day. Before I begin, I'd just like to say that this post is strictly informative, and I'm not going to sit here and bash on you. I was buying some stuff on Ebay, and I bought an item in which the description's images were protected by auctiva.com. In that sense, I mean to say that when you right click on the image it pops up an alert box. I, as a professional web design specialist, noticed that this isn't exactly... up to par on current image protection methods. This is easy to get around.

Are you Sure its a ebay Problem and not Auctiva?
Today I had listings that first would not show the Best offer option and then it did not show the return option. I was able to save the listing and go back in and the Best offer suddenly appeared. ARGG HELP Custom Template went POOF !

Auctiva won't let me take out money orders as checkout option
Folks, in order to be compliant with ebay's new payment policy, I'm trying to revise my auctions to take out the other money order and certified checks option. Auctiva won't let me do it. Bulk Revision of Active Listings
I have just completed modifying 300+ Active Listings with the Auctiva tool and thought it to be one of the most painful processes I have ever seen. I was using the Description modification tools to modify one word. In order to save time I used the 250 listing view. BIG MISTAKE. HANGING when I SELECT photos, SUPERSIZE, SAVE AS NEW, PREVIEW...etc.

Help w/SAVED LISTING; what am I doing wrong?
Being new to Auctiva, I spent some time completing a listing then clicked Save. Now I can't find it anyplace! I've read the Tutorials twice but I have more questions than answers. Help with copying and pasting
Hi all, The way I do my listings is, I type my descriptions out onto Word and then copy and paste them into the description box. For some reason this time when I do this and save the listing it doesn't save the one I copied, but the previous description. I did about 20 listings before I realized this, so I am a little frustrated. Does anyone know why it is doing this? Thank you.
