I cannot get photos to load and listing page freezes up. Unable to list any auction right now. Its been a long time since a problem like this but something is diffently wrong with the site right now. Anyone else cannot list or load pictures? Help please

Cannot list anything using Auctiva?
Ok last night and tonight i've tried posting auctions to ebay and cannot get it to work. It will let me create the whole listing but will not let me preview, save or post. I get the message not connected to the internet or something about the website having a problem. Does anyone know what this could be? Anyone else having this problem? Maybe you know how to fix this problem? HELP I've never had this problem before.

Have 2 eBay ID's, thus also 2 different Auctiva Stores and 2 different email adresses. Ebay token already generated for the 2 Stores. First Auctiva Store I use already long time without problems. Cannot list due to possible improper words etc
Hi This is my first time with Auctiva listing (and using the help boards). I'm trying to list an item but get the following reason for failure: "The item cannot be listed or modified. The title and/or description may contain improper words, or the listing or seller may be breaching eBay policy." Cannot List or Check For Errors
Hello, When I try to list all my items, I get an error saying that my listings did not pass validation and need to be edited before posting. And when I go on the listing details page, and hit error check or post to ebay. Everything freezes. This has never happened before, and I have not edited the listings in any way. So I do not know why its starting now.

Tried to list a auction have listed hundreds as soon as we are ready to post on ebay we get this message API Error You will be unable to complete this request until you make a payment to eBay or a credit card is put on file for automatic monthly billing with eBay. Can't Access Site...Can't list....Is it Me?
I'm frustrated because I don't know if the blocks I've been running into are me or the system? Help me someone please! Spent 45 mins. doing auction, tried to review it for ERROR CHECK, it disappears. Can't change my listing format from Auctiva Closed Folder!
I am trying re-list an item on ebay but want change the listing format from fixed to store before I relist the item. (to save on fees) There is no edit button in the closed folder that gives me this option. I thought that even when one of my auctions doesn't sell and goes into the closed listing folder, it still would show up in the saved listings (where i could edit it from there) It does not. Can't find Item Specifics for Shoes listings

Can't find right category--Ebay motors
I am trying to list auto accessories and cannot find Ebay motors under the search for categories. Why is this category not included in the Auctive selection? Are there any other directions I need to follow in order to have my items listed under this specific category? Thank you.

I have an active listing that is not showing up in my saved listings. I wanted to use it to list similar but can't find it. I tried to start over and make a new listing but can't find the template that I used. Is there a way to find out the name of that template and search for it?

Can't Get Closed Listings into eBay Store
I have many old auctions (6 months old) that I would like to send to my eBay Store, but I’m having trouble getting them there. With auctions that are not all that old, I go to Closed Auctions click on Import Listings which send the listings to Saved Listings where I can edit and list. When the older listings, I click on Import Listings, but they never appear in Saved Listings, and they are so old I can’t relist them as they have expired. Any ideas? Thanks for your help… Jo

Can't get pass Choose Category
Thought I would wait til late to list just in case Auctiva breaks down during one of Ebay's specials for sellers. Apparently it didn't work as I can't list anything as I can't get pass Choose Category. Here is that famous error message or one of them I mean. I will just have to sit back and wait til it is fixed which is usually when the special stops running. Of course I will lose a lot of money but I have been doing that since I started using Auctiva. i know there is a site update going on, but cannot revise or edit listings, add images, change images etc, when I try to add image get a 'do yo want to navigate away from this page' message instead of the image selections. I have been trying to list through Auctiva for the last few weeks and have had nothing but trouble! I have been listing for a few months and everything has been smooth. I can usually list 1 or 2 items, then when I click "post", nothing happens! The pictures upload fine. Is this something I can fix on my end?? Frustrated!! thanks

Mike D or anybody ? I've tried Firefox 2, IE7 & Opera browsers. Your DESCRIPTION box is ghosted out. There are no "tools" at the top. Looks like a clickable HTML or FULL SIZE EDITOR link but when I click, my tab says: javascript:LISTERVoid() which means it's doing nothing. It is just me? I haven't had a chance to have problems with the images or shipping that Mike keeps mentioning in his updates. I can't enter a description at ALL!! This is killin me!

Anyone is having this problem? Every time I try to list an auction this warning comes up "Until you have more feedback, you must use the same PayPal payment email address as your eBay email address." I am trying to post my first listing through Auctiva and have filled in all the details, but when I try to post the screen goes back up to the first section, near the Master profile button, and in red it says 'Paypal Email Address'. Can't list items - blocked by error message on last on list
Hi, this is probably a simple one but it is stopping my listings by clogging up the pipe!! On my scheduled listing list, the last item shows the following error message "Ebay Unknown We are unable to confirm this listing. Please check your MyEbay page to confirm if the listing posted" This item actually posted to eBay at the correct time. With this I cannot reschedule the new items I want to list. At the top of all my listings when I go to Create Similar Listing today it says: Warning One or more of your shipping services may have been deprecated. Please verify your shipping section. Can't List - Says I Owe eBay $ - But I Don't!
I keep getting an API error that my eBay account is past due, but I have checked several times since and it isn't! Try to list but got this response from my Auctiva Events section. Here is what it says .. API Warning ... The Legacy XML format used in this request is being phased out. Can't post to ebay after changing bank acct
I changed my bank acct info on ebay on 10/28, and it is correctly reflected there. Today I tried to list through auctiva as usual, and my listings are not going to ebay. The error message is: "We noticed that you don't have a payment method set up with your eBay account. As soon as you take care of this, you'll be able to list more items." I called ebay, and they assure me that everything is fine on their end. They suggested generating a new token (although the one I had showed as "valid").

Can't reply to postings, can't save, can't list, can't preview
When I try to reply to a post, the reply screen is blank. Save is not working. (Was able to save as new) Listing decription editor area not showing up but was able to switch to full size editor. Cannot preview in saved listings. One improvement is when clicking on images to upload to the listing, the far right side now works on the first click. booklady

I dearly thought that this morning I would be able to get some work accomplished. I was happy, content in knowing that it was Monday and would be much easier than trying to list on the weekend. Can I download Auctiva to use whilst not connected to the net?
Hi Everyone Just wanted to know is there some way that Auctiva can be downloaded to use whilst not connected to the net. My office is out of the house so everytime I want to list something I have to go outside and leave the kids alone (with 4 littles ones that is not a good thing!).
