How to change shipping options
Hi everyone! I am new to Auctiva and I have a hopefully simple questions. I just wrote up an auction and I have not been able to change it to say "Will ship to the United States" instead of Worldwide. It says this at the top under the start info and at the bottom of the listing under the Shipping, Payment and return Policy section. I have tried to change it under the shipping profiles and the checkout profile to no avail. Help! I do not want to offer worldwide shipping. Thanks!

How do I get my template to show all my profile details?
I am new to e-bay and auctiva. I've never listed anything before and really need some guidance creating a listing with a template. My goal is to have 1 template with all my shipping, payment, seller info, etc. I want to use that same template for multiple listings I want to sell. I chose the Auctiva template "cool hibiscus". How do I get sub catagories/titles/heading to show in my listing?
I've posted a few auctions with Auctiva and I LOVE it. The only problem that I am having is how to get the sub catagories to show in my listings. The DESCRIPTION always comes up (automatically), but I cannot figure out how to get the titles like SHIPPING or PAYMENT to show up. How do I know where Purchase was generated from???
When I sell something and get the notice from ebay and payment has been made via PayPal, how do I know when a purchase was generated though the Auctiva Store as opposed to the eBay store? I have looked but cannot find an answer to this. I have had a Auctiva Store now for over a year but not once have I seen anything that tells me a customer bought the item out of Auctiva or my ebay store. How do I save different colored fonts in my Seller Details into my Masters?
I know how to make a master. I know how to change font color. I can't figure out how to get the right color font into my newly created masters. I have 4 master with all the details saved, but I need help to put the Seller Details (Payment, Shipping, About Me, Contact, Terms of Sale) into my Masters once I've changed the font color. When I preview the listing, the only special "tag" that shows up is -Description-. Hi, I was hoping someone can help. I'm just doing up my first listings and I have fumbled my way along..LOL. My question is, when I preview my listing my shipping details are not appearing at the top instead there is a link (with an arrow) directing them to my Shipping, payment and return details. Help Me with Insurance
My international customer paid the US postage and payment had to be voided so that new payment could be maid. Auctive transaction does not show new "Paid" amount. Auctive has yet to reflect this change as far as I can tell, I still get an error message when trying to list with pay pal. Advance scheduling of Buy It Now listings
I need to list the same product every other day as a Buy It Now, Immediate payment Required, PayPal only. I have yet to find a way to simply click off the dates on a calendar then, with one more click, have all listings scheduled. Ideally, I would also get the listing number in advance but that may not be possible. Today I have to do them one at a time and it takes a few hours a month. This is a little long, but please bear with me. Had an auction end Jan 17...a big ticket item for us...over $200. Sent winner an invoice; no reply. Waited a couple days, sent email. No reply. Waited another couple days and sent another note. Guy wrote back and said that was the first time he'd heard from us and that his "office" told him the payment had been made, and he'd be out of town until the weekend so couldn't tell us anything else. I have not been able to post any auctions for 2 days. It is still claiming they are being posted, and are not. Also, when I tried to check the box to require immediate payment, it comes up red saying I cannot use that using auctiva checkout. Font Colours in Template
Hi Hope somebody can help Some of my listings have different colour fonts in the seller details section. This listing for excample http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayI...e=ADME:L:LCA:GB:1123 The payment details and the International Shipping details are in a different colour font than the rest of the seller details. I am not sure if this is a feature of the template but it has also happened with other templates I have checked the seller details config but there are no font colours specified.

FONT SIZE shrinkage in Profiles
First of all, I don’t have time to learn HTML, yet. Ok, If you want to end fraud on ebay, you have to take away the ability to profit from it. Here's an idea...why not require sellers to keep a deposit with ebay? I would at least require it for high dollar listings on sellers with little or no feedback. For established sellers, it could be a % of their average monthly sales (price + S&H). I'm going to attempt to sell an item for several thousand dollars. I don't think it'll sell, actually, but the owner wants that much, and hopes it'll sell internationally. Fixed Price Listing Issue
I have 5+ feedbacks and accept Paypal as a payment option. I meet eBay's requirement to do a fixed price listing, however, Auctiva doesn't allow me to list it as a fixed price listing. It tells me I have not met the requirements even though I have. What do I do? How does Auctiva know how many feedbacks I have anyway when I don't see it anywhere on Auctiva's page.
