Goodbye Marketworks
Hi Everyone After 3 years with Marketworks I am now saying goodbye and moving to Auctiva. I have been searching the boards and reading the FAQ on Auctiva but I still had some questions. 1) I know that Auctiva will automatically import all my eBay items for me, however, I have Marketworks checkout buttons in all my auctions. Desperate for help with importing, and bulk autolisting?
I'm new to Auctiva, but am very anxious to use it. I'm confused about the following things. 1. Can I import active or closed listings and edit them in bulk to autolist? Or do I have to set each listing up in Auctiva and add autolist to it? 2. eBAY Token Woes: "An eBay account with your eBay username already exists. . ."
Greetings, Whenever I try to import an eBAY token, I receive this alert: "An eBay account with your eBay username already exists, but belongs to a different user. Do you have multiple Auctiva accounts?" I just created one with the domain: "KarlSellsOut" and my eBay name is: "crazykarlsconsortiumemporium"; which will be changed to "KarlSellsOut" in 3-5 days. Does Auctiva Automatically Import Re-Listed Auctions Made directly in eBay?
Since it was much easier for me, I re-listed a bunch of closed auctions directly through eBay and not Auctiva. Although, the listings were originally created through Auctiva. Does Auctiva automatically import those listings to the site or do I have to do something first? I haven't seen my listings show up in Auctiva or my Store Window, as of yet. I've got 319 auctions up on express and the number grows daily. Evidently it didn't import them all the initial day but have been importing constantly. Hi! My eBay auctions are not importing into Auctiva. The summary section sees my eBay auctions correctly and lists the correct total number of active auction I have on eBay. Create Simular Listing- BIG HEADACHE
After not listing for about 4 months, I have started lising again. It has been problem after problem!! One issue I'm having is when I attempt to create simular listing. Once the listing comes up, I change the names of the car bodies Im selling then remove all the old photos & import new ones. I am a brand new user. I was able to import all of my Turbo Lister files from a .csv file. However, none of my images imported. It may be due to size since there are size limitations but I never got an error message. Is there a way I can import all the pictures on my current ebay listings and on the .csv files I imported? Missing Template Separation Bar - Anchor appears???
My custom listing template has two header separation bars in it. They are both colored green and have a word in the middle - one "shipping", the other "payment" just above the shipping and payment areas. Listing Screw Up Content
This is a followup from earlier. I have tried REPEATEDLY to fix my problem, but...no go. I save my writeups in Word and 'import' them. I followed MIKE's direction and used the 'Word Copy/Paste'. HOWEVER, it still is screwing up! I will preview it or use "Full Size" and even after fixing it there, spacing, format and even placement is wrong. Do other people just type everything into Auctiva without a 'copy'? It took me 20 minutes to list one thing...and that's normal. But, not right. HELP!

Hi, I was under the impression that if I created a listing on Ebay it would automatically import to Auctiva. During this past weekend nightmare I ended up launching directly through Ebay. LISTINGS FOLDERS AND SUB FOLDERS
could anyone help me here, in LISTINGS, i am opening the CLOSED folder, clicking IMPORT LISTING, opening SAVED FOLDER expecting to find it there, so i can then move it to my coloured folder, but they do not go into my SAVED FOLDER, am i doing this correct? i thought i was, can anyone give me the correct procedure to save listings into my sub folders. I have gone to saved listing clicked on listings to move clicked the "move" box to specify the folder that i want the listings to be moved to.

Multi order shipping tool
Has or does anyone use pay pal multi order shipping tool? I have tried this tool 3 or 4 times and it is the most user unfriendly program I have ever used. Won't import all of the listings.etc. I had 7 lables to create I changed the ship from zip and program changed the weights on all the orders. Before I could stop it lables were paid for. Now I have 94.00 tied up in voided lables waiting to get reimbursed. This may come as a shock, but support was useless.

How can I import any listing that Auctiva missed? I cannot add pictures to my auctions as one item I am selling will not update into active listings. This has happened before and nowhere on the help index can you find anything for importing auctions, please help....... I don't use the lister on Auctiva, just the image hosting and gallery. Not understanding Pay Pal policy on international shipping.
I shipped off some Mint in Box Barbie dolls to France about a month ago. When the buyer was charged an import or customs fee she refused the package and it eventually was returned to me. Box had been opened by customs and was not securely retaped. As a result the boxes were damaged and some of them got water damage. Hi, Sunday of last week (the 12th) I launched a listing through Ebay out of desperation. I thought it would be imported but I can't find it. I heard from Auctiva they would help me and import it for me, but I still can;t find it. The listing number is 8903335786 and is now closed. I've tried and I've tried to import 1 file into TL, but no mater what I do, what eBay tells me to do, nothing works, so I need a new way. I have about 20 diff. version of one file, all not working. Hi, I usually list books on ebay but wanted to schedule them this time through Activa. I tried pulling up the ISBN and got the info and then nothing happened. It didn't import it into the listing automatically like it does with Ebay. Am I suppose to copy and paste everything separately? Like download the picture and then upload? Store window not accurate...what to do?
First off, I know this is a free service. So I'm not knocking them for that. It seems like a really cool service and am really excited about it. Problem is that my Store Window is not accurate. It seems that this is pretty common here. What can we do about this? Is there a way to manually import our eBay listings? I am willing to pay to help get more reliable service. Store Window NOT Showing Up in NEW Auctions/ New Auctions NOT in Store
Hope someone an help...Joined Auctive about a month ago.The store window was showing all my "New" weekly auctions ( So I could "Feature" New items ), however this week the window only shows up on my "eBay Store" items and not my New items launched on Sunday. Currently have a large number of items listed with Turbo lister. Would much prefer to import through a tab / comma delimited file which should be very easy to integrate with turbo lister. Start Up Process
When I signed up a few weeks ago, I was not aware that the gallery was going to be added at the top of all my listings and that I couldn't make any color changes etc. Before I add my other store, I want to find out if there is some way to set your color preferences and where the gallery will be in all my imported listing BEFORE the import process.

Stated Insurance To be Competitive with USPS
I would suggest a stated value insurance like UPS/USPS. That way Auctiva is competetive. USPS and UPS give the option to select the amount of coverage. In other words, if I sell something and the combined shipping and cost is $100.01 am I stuck paying an extra $0.75($2.45 - $1.70) for $0.01 of coverage? Anyone else experiencing longer than normal sales inputs and closed auctions? I'm having to relist older auctions when an item ends because it takes sometimes 12 hours or longer to automatically import the new sales/closed listings. I created a custom template 2 days ago with no problems. Now, when I try to edit the template, I can't see my images in the editor using IE. Using Firefox, I can see images, but neither browser will import new images. I have tried the 'clear cache' thing and that doesn't help. While redoing my store categories this weekend, I thought I saw somewhere that I could import the eBay categories instead of using my own categories. Was I dreaming? Oops - Saved over live listing
I opened up a current listing (A) with the plan to duplicate it and set up a new listing (B). I replaced A's info with B's info. Then I forgot and saved over A's settings by clicking "Save" instead of "Save As New." A is still OK and live on eBay, but the saved listing for it in Auctiva has B's info now. So i waited for the listing to get expire on ebay and syncronise to auctiva.
